  • When you book a stay with us, you are not just booking a stay you are booking an experience of a lifetime. Our views are the ultimate best in all of Utuado. We are not like other stays, we offer VIP tours directly from the property making your stay that more special. All of our guests leave happy for a reason and we want you to be able to enjoy as much as possible and experience the best of what our town has to offer.
    Your stay is in a very spacious One bedroom Studio Suite with kitchen in a quite pristine house centrally located in the heart of Puerto Rico. You will feel right at home with features Quiet seating areas and spectacular Mountain View’s that are breathtaking.

    The property is located in the heart of Puerto Rico in the beautiful town of Utuado.
    Conviently located it within a short distance of the Indian Ceremonial Grounds, many rivers and waterfalls, and approximately 30 mins to beaches and outlet malls

    The space
    The Apartment Studio Suite is for your exclusive use. The Suite has its own Private Entrance. The Large Cozy room has its own private full bathroom, Smart TV equipped with Satellite TV, a full Kitchenette with an oven/stove, refrigerator and freezer and an island in the kitchen area. There is also a pull out sofa along with a small table and two chairs outside of your room.
    Guests can enjoy the large garden and pick fresh fruits The patio area has plenty of outdoor space featuring spectacular amazing mountain views. And a heated infinity pool over looking the mountains to relax your day away .

    A Great bed & breakfast home to enjoy the Puerto Rico weather all year long.

    Dinner available upon request with an additional fee. Also if you want an in room massage that too is available.

    Please note there is one more rental unit on the property. If your group is larger we have a 3/2 that can accommodate up to 6 persons. If interested in booking both units kindly Let us know.

    NOTE - We offer private optional packages including VIP horse riding adventure packages, fishing packages, waterfall tours & cave tour packages. For more information please inquire. Also We have a TAXI Driver available. PS - if you are from New York this property is NOT for you, we are in the heart of the country Please stick to the city 😊. This is a 3 acre property with animals. We do live on property to take care of the animals and property. Also please note we are on solar hot water, so hot water is variable depending on the weather conditions.

Clean space that had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable the hosts were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The property is magnificent, from the jungle to the organic farm, and the view is unmatched. Also the heated pool has the best views ever.

We had an amazing time spending our third anniversary at Christine and Jose’s property. The views were stunning, I had multiple friends and family asking where we stayed! We chose this property because it had incredible views as well was central for a lot of exploring we wanted to do. The switchbacks roads up and down were definitely something to get used to, but Christine and Jose helped guide us away from rough roads and gave us tons of recommendations for more places to explore! Early morning coffee and a bar with beer and wine right out our door were a huge plus we did not expect! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back with friends!

Beautiful and clean property with amazing hosts! This couple has procured a wonderful house with views of the mountains but also embed in the jungle surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. They offer personalized tours of all the hot spots and the less known, exotic local areas. We really enjoyed waking up to fresh lattes and ending our days with good conversation with Christine and Jose. We will definitely be back for one of their tours as there's so much to see in Utuado and surrounding towns.

This was a beautiful property with very welcoming hosts. Everything was smooth and as presented in the listing. The views and areas are more breathtaking in person. Would love to return to this gem again in the future.

The pool is amazing. Large terrace. Unit is better suited for 2 or 3 people. It was tight with (4). Owners were amazing! They helped us with restaurants and excursions!

We are more than pleased with our stay ! Jose and Christine are very kind, personable, and welcoming people. The location is beautiful at any time of the day. Doing the excursions are definitely worth it. Will definitely be back again!!!

The host were absolutely amazing. Very alert and present. Very helpful and engaging. The property was beautiful. We loved waking up every morning to an amazing view and sounds of roosters and horses. All in all the stay was wonderful and we would most definitely be visiting again.

Incredibly blessed to find this spot. My kitten had a blast exploring the beautiful land. The gardener was super friendly and showed us different plants and trees and even got us some coconuts down. The pool has the most amazing view and the room was super clean and comfy. Looking forward to our next visit

The host, Christine, and her husband were some of the kindest people I’ve met. They offered us free coffee in the morning and even aloe for our sunburn! The property is breathe taking and the wildlife is my favorite part. I would stay here again and I recommended it to my family and friends. Everything was made simpler because of how fast the host responds to any/all questions. I saw some spots in PR I would have otherwise never saw thanks to Christine’s suggestions. 10/10!!! Amazing time. Thank you again!

What a wonderful and charming stay we had at La Posada. The communication with us was impeccable including a welcome drink when we first arrived. They kids loved the pool which was kept well heated at night so that they could splash around. Christine also recommended an excellent kayak tour through the caves and another trip to Canon Blanco which was an excellent and beautiful swimming spot. Jose made us classic Puerto Rican coffee and gave us some fascinating history on Puerto Rico. What a great experience, we will be back!

Kind, generous, attentive hosts. Spectacular accommodations and breathtaking views! Felt very safe, comfortable space. The entire experience was top-notch. We enjoyed just hanging out in the pool and wandering around f the neighborhood meeting all the friendly neighbors. We also enjoyed the farm, especially Loopy! (Lupe?)

The host Christine was absolutely amazing! Greeting us when we arrived, provided tons of food and activity recommendations, and connected us for a private massage. We felt so welcome but also felt like we were in our own world. The outdoor pool is so nice. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The whole property felt like we were lucky to get a chance to enjoy it. The sunrise was beautiful. We will definitely return!!

This is for sure a peace of paradise. Must love nature.The atmosphere attention Christine and Jose will treat you like you are family.We ran around the island to different places then stayed at La Posada for a real Puerto Rico experience specifically because we don’t like metropolitan areas and stuffed hotels.THE VIEW IS A KILLER VIEW. Bar none.

Perfect vacation

The host's were very polite and helpfull their place was cozy and clean with everything we needed i got the vip tour if the waterfalls and they paid for every meal and drink then two days later they took me to some bars and paid for that as well we enjoyed our stay they went above and beyond and i will most definitely be going back

Remarkable stay! We love Puerto Rico, have been all over the island, and this is one of our favorite stays. The hosts are wonderful, reply quickly, have amazing insider knowledge of Puerto Rico and their area. The house itself was a paradise in the mountains! Has all the necessities and then a little bit more. The views are incredible. Perfect stay to get out of the city with a town close enough with everything you need. Plenty of agua dulce in the mountains to swim in if you’re not swimming in the pool at the house! We will be back many times!
