A cozy holiday village on a quiet side street, just 80 meters from the seaside beach. All attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are just steps away.
Story holiday homes with covered terraces, complete with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, table, sofa bed), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a single bed is a walk-through room, and the other with two double beds is lockable). Electric heating is available (portable heaters are available at reception).

Secure parking is available on the well-maintained and fenced grounds (one space per cottage included in the price). There's also a reception desk and a children's playground.

Prices include: bed linen, water consumption, final cleaning, and parking (one space per cottage). A cot, highchair, and bathtub are available upon request. Sianożęty is a small holiday resort near Kołobrzeg, directly adjacent to another seaside resort – Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated on a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort, offering true relaxation. Bordering the resort is Ustronie Morskie, which, if desired, offers many more attractions typical of seaside resorts.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.
