This spacious holiday home in Unterwössen at the foot of the Hochgern offers nearly 200 sqm of living space for up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, and a generous living room, you have plenty of space to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, as well as your own washing machine and dryer, ensure maximum comfort. For children, there is a high chair, shared toys, and children's books; a baby cot is available on request.



The private covered terrace offers wonderful mountain views. There are also four balconies, three fireplaces, and access to a well-kept garden. Two parking spaces at the house and public parking are available. Pets are welcome. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. Public transport is within walking distance.



The village center with restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, post office, and tourist information is just a short walk away. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. Popular destinations such as Reit im Winkl, Lake Chiemsee, or the Tyrolean Kaiser Mountains are quickly reached. Ski areas like Kampenwand, Steinplatte, and Reit im Winkl as well as golf courses are nearby. For larger groups, the separate basement apartment can be rented for an extra fee.



The use of fireplaces and the fire pit is permitted—please pay attention to safety and weather conditions. Firewood must be brought by you or purchased locally, and the kitchen extractor fan should be switched off while the fireplaces are in use.
