"The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The check in and out process was fast. The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom and shower is big. We didnt get a chance to have the continental breakfast. The parking was plentiful. And also pet friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again for my next stay in Charlottesville."

"The desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was standard fare, but my niece was thrilled with the pancake maker, but disappointed the last day because they ran out of pancake batter early. She did manage to get one silver dollar sized one. Several items seemed to run short on Sunday and weren't replenished."
