They have a sign that says if something is broken your stay is free. That didn’t happen after asking they advised me they would refund me $20.00 which didn’t go to my credit card. The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
