Property is located within 5-7 minutes to Elk Mountain. Lodge includes local artist Frank Krantz’s REAL Rosignol Ski’s Coat Rack and Mirror, and the Real PA Wood Table, Benches and Storage Bench. These finishes make this a one-of-a-kind residence that is extremely quiet and tranquil. This is a True 3-Bedroom home with a Furnished Basement that also has a Futon that sleeps 2 and a large sectional and couch, perfect for kids to sleep on. Someone said our property was listed as a 4-Bedroom because of the Basement so just wanted to clarify that. 3 Blueberry Trees line the property so feel free to pick and eat. Deer will come by and take some as well. Complete with New paint, New Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout. Graduation Parties, Company Retreats have used our place. Just need ALL info ahead of time and go over logistics. Tennis Courts are on site in our development for your use, as well as the 8-acre lake and Beach area complete with amazing views and located just 150 steps from Morcom's Mtn Lodge and beach area has a large outdoor Fire Pit and picnic tables. We provide the Wood so S’mores are a MUST! No Powerboats on the lake so safe swimming at all times. House has Highest 1 gigabyte Internet package and all TVs have apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Roku and more for you to log into your own accounts. No LIVE cable TV. Living Room has a 75” wall mounted TV while the Main Bedroom has a 65” and the basement has a 65” complete with Kinex. 2 30" DVD TV's ONLY are located in the other 2 bedrooms. Only play DVDs so bring some or we have 13 DVDs to choose from. Verizon has Cell Service at the house, but ATT works the best in the area.
The Private 8-acre Elk Meadows Lake is a shared lake with the other homes in Elk Meadows. 10 min walk around the whole lake. Literally across the street 100-steps is the raised 8-acre lake. We are NOT Lakefront. The Elk Mountain Ski Trails photo is from the beach area of the lake which is 150-steps away and produces some high quality photos so bring your camera’s. You can hike Elk Mountain in the Spring anytime you want. Largemouth Bass and various panfish and bluegills are present! By PA law, even your own private lakes require a fishing license. So yes you are supposed to have a license and Game Wardens do come by. Homeowners are active on the lake. Feel free to use the Lake and any of our equipment listed for fishing, swimming, skating etc. We do have a Stand Up Paddle Board and a Kayak with paddle for you to use. They are kept in our garage and you can carry them over or put in your suv or truck to the Beach Area. But they must be put back in our garage. No power boats allowed on lake.
We have 3 NEW Basic Fishing Poles with tacklebox complete with hooks, bobbers, jigs and bait bucket. We do recommend your bring your own fishing equipment as Equipment does break from other guests. PA Fishing license website is fishandboat dot com.
Winter guests will enjoy Ice Fishing, SnowMobiling and skiing! You cannot beat the location of this cabin if you're looking for time on the slopes or some GREAT Ice Fishing. We do supply an ICE AUGER, 2 Tip-Ups, fishing poles, Ice Scoop, and Bait bucket. Lake is FULL of Largemouth Bass and tons of Perch and Crappie. If you want to Ice Fish, but don't know how, we have local Fisherman that may come over for a fee.

We also have 2 NEW Tennis Rackets and balls along with a football. Property also has a Gas Grill direct connected to Propane, so bring all your meat for grilling!!
ROOM BREAKDOWN - 2 bedrooms on main floor. 1 queen bed in the Main or Master. Has a slider to deck-patio. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms upstairs have window AC units and ceiling fans that cool the whole main level in Summer. House has a wood stove and also electric baseboard heaters in all rooms. Additional floor fans also available. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed as well as a Futon in the basement that sleeps 2 - additionally the basement has an Extra-Large wrap around couch that Sleeps 2 easily and you still have couch upstairs. Basement has a Window AC unit in the Summer. Note: This property does not have an EV charging station. Charging of EVs is not allowed without prior approval. We currently allow Dogs Only, for a fee per dog, with prior approval. Pick up after your dog goes without saying. If going to be out of the property and dogs left alone, we would want Dogs to be crated. Inquire before booking if any questions. Any type of ATV/UTV vehicles not allowed on roads in the development. HOA Insurance issue, not us, trust me!

Typical minimum night stay is 5, but please let us know if you have a shorter stay as we have cancellations and can accommodate shorter stays. We do accept longer than 30 day rentals which require a Lease to be signed for every 30 days and also Seasonal Rentals 3-4 months long. Inquire with us.
