"From start to end this was a disappointment. When we arrived our booking thru expedia never reached the concierge desk and had to go on a call for half hour and get it sorted. The room I had booked was then not available. "The hotel is a non-smoking but it wreaks of cigarette smoke. The hotel was hot from the lobby to the elevator, to the halls and into the rooms. Breakfast was a joke. We were given ham and cheese sandwiches, yogurt cups, granola packed in a little plastic cup, grapes in a plastic container, and a small croissant.
