The Warren is a charming cottage on the Country Ways complex, well located for a countryside escape or a coastal day trip with popular beaches only a short drive away or a city break with Exeter just a train ride away.

Please note there is a communal wash facility with an industrial washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board - additional costs may apply, please speak with the owners on site regarding cost and availability. The games room is shared and accessible as per the times in the welcome pack, pool table, dart board, xbox. Also table football, table tennis & Air Hockey on request. The bar is open on select days throughout summer, please check with the owners upon arrival. There is 17 acres of woodland with paths.

If bringing a dog to the property, please notify us ahead of arrival. There is an additional charge for dogs at this property. If bringing more than one dog, please check before booking that multiple dogs are accepted.

Please note the cottage sleeps up to seven in beds, with two additional guests welcome to make use of the sofa bed.
