You and your group will be the only guests at the property while you are there. You will not be sharing the space with anyone. Keep in mind that this is a very large estate (230 acres!) that requires many types of maintenance—occasionally you may see staff outside on the property (landscape/gardening, cleaning staff, etc), however no one will enter your indoor or outdoor guest areas during your stay. This mansion was designed as two completely private and independent homes. The guest home (built into the hill!) is more than 4600 sq ft inside. Ms. Myra lives in her home on the upper floors of the building and may or may not be at the property during your stay. In any case, there is no overlap between these two homes and you will have complete privacy, including sound!
