Visit this beautiful Villa Riposo with heated Pool in Umag, Istria. The beautiful -star Villa can accommodate 10 people and is a perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday in the nature of Istria.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 1 with a king-sized bed and 1 with twin beds. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find the modern fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room.
The outdoor area is the best part of the Villa. The swimming pool has 80m2 (16 m2 x 5 m2), it even has a 4m2 part for children where the depth is 40 cm. Pool heating with heat pump available on request from 7.5. - 1.10. for an extra charge of 200 € per week - temperature depends on the weather. Next to the Pool, you will find the lovely terrace of 40m2 where you can relax and catch some colour in the sun.
Furthermore, you can prepare delicious meals on the BBQ and eat with your loved ones at the outdoor dining area.
Your children can play in the garden in front of the Villa, and enjoy the fresh air.
The house also has free parking, a spa room and sauna (for 3-4 people), Netflix, 2 bicycles, and a Hi-Fi Marshall speaker on disposal.
Everything you need is a short drive away from the house, up to 3 kilometers to restaurants, the beach, coffee bars, shops, and more.
