Comfortable holiday home in Umag in a privileged area, central in the renowned area of ​​Punta Umag. The location is right between the city center and the beautiful beaches. All easily accessible on foot.
The accommodation is very close to the supermarket 50 m, 200 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while it is 900 m away from the beach, 450 m from the petrol station, the bank and ATM 250 m, 10 m from the restaurant and 900 m from the center of Umag. It is located in a privileged position, in a few minutes, the beach and the city center can be reached on foot. In the vicinity of the house, there is the Istra restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat, and dessert. At only 150 m there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa.
