Guests have access to a stunning angular swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres, available seasonally from 27 April to 12 October, equipped with an internal staircase and a salt-electrolysis cleaning system for a gentle and eco-conscious swimming experience. Reliable internet Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain comfortably connected during their stay. Parking is conveniently provided on the premises for up to 3 cars. A tennis court is located just 1 kilometre from the property, making it easy to enjoy an active holiday without venturing far.

This elegant 5-room house extends across 210 m2 spread over 2 levels, offering a refined and well-appointed vacation rental experience for up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious 40 m2 living room welcomes you with a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. The dining room, equally equipped with air conditioning, provides another exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first of these features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen satellite TV, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with 1 french bed of the same dimensions and opens onto the balcony. The third bedroom on this floor contains 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 210 cm in length, with access to the balcony. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a bath, shower, and WC.
