At your disposal is the garden decorated with flowers and plants, equipped with a dining table with benches in the shade, where you can spend moments of pleasure and relaxation in company. Free car parking available on the property.The flat is located in a detached house in which 3 other flats for 2-4 people are rented. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190), wardrobe, bedside tables with night lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). One bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, toilet, outside window, one service bathroom with washbasin, mirror and toilet. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a sitting area with sofa, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet connection. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a fridge with crawl space, a hob with three gas burners and an electric hob, an extractor bonnet, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils kitchen.At the entrance the covered terrace with table and 4 chairs. In the garden there is an Istrian stone table with benches where you can spend relaxing moments in the shade.Free parking on the property. At the back of the house is the tavern with barbecue and dining area for shared use with the other guests of the house.*Registration per person payable on site in cash* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors* We ask our dear guests - to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,- use the equipment in the accommodation with care,- leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,- report any damage caused to the owner, who will require payment of the costs in cash before departure following a detailed assessment of the damage,- indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.* Individual transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 500 metres away, the restaurant is 200 metres away, the promenade is 600 metres away.The hotel is in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis centre, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for years. There is a children's playground near the hotel.Only 400 m away is the tourist village of Sol Stella Maris and the station of the tourist train that runs along the coast from Katoro to the centre of Umag and vice versa.In the centre of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the centre or visiting the stalls and playground by the water for the children's enjoyment.To buy a larger amount of groceries, we recommend travelling a few kilometres by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.In the surroundings of Umag there are several possibilities for recreation: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centres for water sports enthusiasts where water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the holiday village Sol Stella Maris, night clubs, casino, possibility for various boat or bus trips.The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable excursions into the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, known for its film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. For lovers of astronomy who want to admire the sky and stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the wonderful little Baredine Cave, just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, only 60 km from Umag. The towns on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč are also interesting, as is the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited on organised excursions. Various "fish picnic" boat trips with fish or meat picnics are organised, during which you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad.
