Apartamento Sole with magnificent terrace, sea view, just steps from the beach

We wish you a sincere welcome in our family vacation home, Eva Apartments has been welcoming our guests since 1986. Our guests were young parents when they came to us, and now they are bringing their grandchildren to collect wonderful memories by themselves.

Apartment Eva Sole is located on the second floor in the attic, with two terraces, one of 100 m2 with a dining table for six people and a large sofa with magnificent sea view, and a smaller one for a total rest in the shade.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and exit to the terrace with sea view and a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and sea view from the window.
Furthermore, in the accommodation there is the living room which has a sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, exit to the terrace, fully furnished kitchen; with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has toillet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.
WiFi is free, apartment is air-conditioned, plus you can use the hammock on the terrace.
In the garden there is also a fire fireplace for the barbecue available (shared with other guests), with garden furniture, where you can spend quiet summer evenings.

Our holiday home is just 70 meters from the sea, and the first beach is 500 meters away.
The city center is no more than 5 minutes away on foot. Our guests park their car when they arrive and they dress up for the rest of the holiday. In the morning you can walk along the local park that leads to the bakery, a market full of wonderful fruits and vegetables of all kinds, in the fish market you can find fresh fish and seafood caught by local fishermen.

From our house, Eva appartments to the nearest beach is possible to walk along the coast. Wide choice between the sun and hot rocks, or rather shade on the lawn. It is also possible to rent deck chairs, have a cold drink in the beach bar and enjoy the wonderful view to the coast.

In the summer, Umag offers an interesting nightlife, from theater evenings, jazz festivals, electronic music festivals, to the ATP tennis cup.
Umag is declared as the city of sport 2018, so it offers you various ways to recreate and spend your free time in nature. The 6 km long coastline offers well organized cycle paths by the sea, and inland there is also the famous Parenzana, which connects Croatia and Slovenia.

The surroundings of our city offer a variety of road trips, for example two of Croatia's largest water parks, the caves of Mramornica and Baredine, boat trips across the Lim fjord, a day trip to Venice.
We also suggest exploring the small towns of central Istria, known for their particularities, such as Motovun, Grožnjan (the city of fine arts), Pazin, Hum. For sea lovers we suggest Rovinj, Porec, Pula with their rich cultural history.
