Fantastic base for a short stay in JB as it is connected directly to Mid Valley mall. The upkeep and general condition of the room is just average considering the price, but staff is helpful and friendly.

Room is spacious, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are also very quick to our to our request for amenities. The concierge staffs are polite and very helpful in helping us carry our luggage.

Location was excellent. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Toilets and shower working well. Staffs are polite and helpful. Would be nice if there is an option to include or exclude breakfast.
