As a small thank-you gift: we would like to provide you with a bottle of wine from Lake Constance and a fruit basket with fruit to set your holiday. You will also find a small number of refreshments in the fridge. Dear motorcyclists, our apartment is located in the three-country corner (Germany / Austria / Switzerland.) Thus, you have an optimal starting point for beautiful day trips. OUR OFFER: We will send you a shipping document after booking and you will send the luggage by post to our apartment. These are ready for you upon arrival. Thus, you have a relaxed journey and a light packed motorcycle. In addition, you can pack your suitcase so that you have the right outfit for every occasion. Of course, the process repeats on your departure !!! Safe parking even overnight in one of our garages !!!

Our apartment is located in natural surroundings between Überlingen and Meersburg. Historic Old Town In the immediate vicinity you are at the Unteruhldinger Uferpromenade and only a few km to Meersburg. Many excursion destinations are waiting for you, most of them can be easily reached with the local adventure / bus. (Monkey mountain, tractor museum, stilt houses and much more.) With the ship you are fast on the island Mainau or in Konstanz. In a few minutes walk you reach the bus station and various shops. Really a good decision in our region to spend the most important days / weeks of the year.

Sehr netter Empfang. Tolle Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Da das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt, ist halt viel Verkehr. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Wir haben den riesigen Balkon genossen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Pizza Lieferservice und vorn an der Kreuzung gibt es tolle Döner. Beides ausprobiert. Sehr lecker. Gasthaus Kreuz an der Kreuzung ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch empfehlenswert. Alles in allem war es ein durchweg entspannter Urlaub. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und sagen nochmal vielen Dank. Bea und Bernd aus Ludwigsburg.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche im Sept 25 in der Wohnung. Die Abwicklung und die Betreuung vor Ort waren hervorragend, der Vermieter sowie das im Haus wohnende Hausmeister/-verwalter-Ehepaar sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich auch schnell um alles. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen.

Saubere, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur guten Fee des Hauses. Was wirklich gar nicht zur Erholung dient, ist die Lage des Hauses, da dieses direkt an einer SEHR befahrenen Straße liegt. Auch die Größe der Ferienwohnung ist für 6 Personen zu klein. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Betten über der Stube bzw. Küche, direkt unterm Dach, wo sich an warmen Tagen die Hitze staut und man keinen erholsamen Schlaf findet.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr modern mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Anreise persönlich empfangen und uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Auch im laufe des Aufenthaltes war er jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima fijne locatie

Fijn volledig ingerichte woning met bijzonder attente eigenaar en zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Prachtig ruime balkons met kwaliteitsmeubelen. Centraal gelegen en dagtrips per fiets, auto of boot prima te doen. Kamer oogt wat vol maar wij hebben de balkons veel kunnen gebruiken. Een aanrader dus!

Super Lage für Ausflüge in Umgebung. Wohnung wie beschrieben: großzügig, modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sehr herzlicher Empfang zur Ankunft. Toll, daß Garage für Fahrräder angeboten wird. Gerne wieder.

A loft isn’t a bedroom

The lady who lives on the first floor of this home is lovely. Our rental was listed as a place of our own with 3 bedrooms, but actually it’s the upstairs floor of a home. It doesn’t have 3 bedrooms but actually 2 bedrooms and a loft. The loft is open to the living room and kitchen. So our kids didn’t have privacy to close off their bedroom. This made it hard to have grownups and teenage kids awake at different times. The loft also has a sloped ceiling so even a person can’t stand up to change their clothes.

Gute Ausstattung aber viel zu laut

Perfekte Ausstattung mit drei Fernsehern und fast allem was man braucht, sehr amerikanisch ausgestattet. Allerdings macht die in 10 m entfernte Hauptverkehrsstraße einen ruhigen Aufenthalt und Schlaf sowie die Inanspruchnahme der drei Terrassen zu erholsamen Entspannung nahezu unmöglich. Ausblicke auf Hauptstraße und Häuser sind auch nicht erhebend. Sanitäre Anlagen sehr gut, Sauberkeit perfekt, Vermieter machte engagierten Eindruck Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, sowie Busverbindung nach Meersburg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im derzeitigen Zustand eher als Monteurswohnung als als Ferienwohnung geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es war sauber und bequem. Der Strand und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Angefangen bei den außerordentlich netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern sowie der tollen Ferienwohnung, welche auch durch ihren Grundriss (separates 2. Schlafzimmer inkl. Badezimmer), ihre Ausstattung und zwei große, überdachte Balkone waren -neben glücklicherweise zusätzlich sehr schönem Wetter- beste Voraussetzungen für einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub gegeben! Sehr schöne Woche

Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt, sehr modernes Haus mit aussergewöhnlicher und geschmackvoller Einrichtung und hervorragender Ausstattung. Die grosse Terrasse ist auch bei Regen zu nutzen und die ganze Familie hat großzügigen Platz zum Essen. Ein großer Grill steht zur Nutzung bereit. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage an einer Straße, dafür sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut ohne weite Wege. Dennoch ist alles andere so gut, dass wir gerne wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen würden.
