"An oasis of peace in a busy city! Good communication before arrival to organise a taxi pickup from the airport at 1am, and staff were helpful with anything I needed during my stay. Room was very clean, bathroom a bit dated but good shower. Breakfast in the garden was delicious and what a lovely atmosphere! Would definitely book again."

"Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr sauber! Leider gab es keinen Aufzug. Zum Glück waren wir im zweiten Stock, ansonsten wäre es mit dem Gepäck schwierig geworden. Bei Anreise haben wir erfahren, dass ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten wird (Toast, Marmelade, Eier und Obst). Einfach aber ein tolles und bequemes Angebot! Leider wollte uns das Hotel beim Checkout einen zusätzlichen Betrag für das Zimmer berechnen, weil der volle Betrag noch nicht bei ihnen eingegangen war - wir haben allerdings um 5...

"Extremely comfortable stay with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were very helpful. However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far."

"We stayed in the suite 902. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. ...

"いいホテルなのですが、そろそろ改装したほうがいいかもしれません。 まずカーペットが臭いです。長年の汚れが溜まったにおいで部屋全体が臭いです。 そしてSocketが部屋に一つしかないのも問題です。現代人はスマートフォン、パソコン、Pocket WiFiなど、充電したいものがたくさんあります。 そして部屋がの照明が暗いです。デスクライトを貸してもらいましたが、それも暗くて仕事がやりにくかったです。 スタッフはみなさん明るく親切です。 また朝食は野菜がたっぷりでおいしいです。 カーペット、Socket，照明の問題が解決されれば、、、、来年また泊まりたいと思います。"
