"Great house in wonderful location. The house has great features for a summer vacation - both inside and out. There's good hikes nearby. The chalet is clearly used by it's owners - whichs gives a nice homely feeling, but also means that there are private items in the house, including in the kitchen."

"We had a wonderful stay in the mountains. We enjoyed the views and the peaceful neighborhood. Picking up breakfast in Manigod or La Clusaz was our daily morning ritual. After that, we’d head into the mountains for a walk with the dog. It was very hot outside, but the chalet provided a welcome cool respite after our walk."

"We spent a week, using the chalet as our base for cycling and walking. The chalet was exactly as described, well equipped, spacious and comfortable for the five of us (all adults).
Céline was helpful and very unobtrusive, she gave easy access advice and made sure we knew about any little quirks within the chalet.
The garage was excellent for storing bikes, exceptionally large. The outdoor seating area was shaded and the adjacent decking caught the sun all day.
Great walks and rides straight...

"The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included.
Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others.
