Villa Gina - Torre San Giovanni with pool 5 minutes from the Maldives of Salento

Three kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Torre S. Giovanni and Salento, and in a panoramic position on the regional natural park 'Ugento Coast', stands the "Villa Gina", a charming villa with linear and modern shapes and cool and relaxing colors.

Completely immersed in a beautiful garden of olive trees, palm trees, flowers and fruit trees, the property offers its guests tranquility, relaxation and a great atmosphere.

The villa has 11 beds divided into three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cots can be added in the bedrooms.
It has two tastefully furnished bathrooms, four showers (two inside and two outside), a hallway, a kitchenette, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a third bathroom that can be used externally.

The exterior area, completely enclosed and protected by vegetation, allows its guests to enjoy total privacy, offers spacious equipped facilities, a large patio, barbecue area and outdoor kitchen and a lovely pool that guarantees freshness and relaxation in afternoons Salento.

The strategic location of the best equipped beaches (reachable no more than five minutes by car) and the centers of Torre S. Giovanni, Torre Mozza, Lido Marini and Ugento conjugated to the distance from every source of disturbance, makes this villa the ideal place for a beautiful holiday, to live with dynamism or tranquility, leaving the choice to the Guests.

Phenomenal

From the moment the gates opened, we knew weld found a dream house for our 8 days in Italy. We arrived very late and Dario went out of his way (even telling his mum to stay awake so he could pick some things up from her) to get us milk and other essentials for our children to breakfast the following morning. The villa was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and all have AC. The outdoor kitchen area was brilliant, as well as the outdoor showers. There were quite a lot of gnats when we went (end of May 2023) but, being in the middle of the countryside, that’s to be expected. The pool is not heated. Supermarket within a 5 minute drive with very passionate deli staff. Beach with 2 lidos also 5 mins away - Lido Mania is recommended for views and food. We loved everything about this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Accommodation perfetta e servizio ottimo

Siamo stati a Villa Gina dal 4 al 9 giugno, 5 adulti e due bambini. Villa Gina ha camere ospitali e 2 bagni (oltre a 2 docce calde esterne). Tutto elegante e funzionale. La Villa viene “consegnata” in condizioni di pulizia perfette ed è dotata di ogni comfort e di tutto ciò che occorre per una vacanza. Il patio esterno, con zona fuochi ottima, è un bellissimo locale in più. Il giardino e la piscina sono una vera coccola. L’accoglienza e l’assistenza dell’host Dario sono state impeccabili. In definitiva, consigliatissima.

Rundum Perfekt

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und das Haus war einfach nur super. Wir haben uns alle dort sehr wohl gefühlt und das Meer ist ein Traum. Dario hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, wo man in der Nähe regional einkaufen und Essen gehen kann. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Nebensaison in Ugento

Wir, zwei Familien aus der Schweiz mit Kindern zwischen 3 und 15 Jahren haben im grossen und schönen Haus von Dario wunderbaren Herbstferien genossen. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmässig, genügend gross für 9 Personen und perfekt sauber! Der wundervolle Garten mit tollem Poolbereich und Outdoorküche lasse keine Wünsche offen. Dario konnte uns viele Tipps geben, wo auch in der Nebensaison noch Strände, Restaurants und Läden geöffnet haben. Es war wunderbar! Danke Dario! Tolles Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönsten Stränden

Wir, zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus von Dario. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist toll und sehr gepflegt. In der Außenküche macht es Spaß zu kochen und zu grillen. Dario war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Hinsicht (Restaurants, Einkauf, Spezialitäten) tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Paradiesischer Garten in Nähe zu traumhaften Stränden

Unkomplizierte sehr kurzfristige Buchung. Hervorragend organisierte Vermieter - freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haus ist schlicht aber funktional eingerichtet und super sauber, alles in sehr gutem Zustand - herrlicher Pool, der ebenfalls super gut gepflegt ist! Danke an Gina und Dario!

Un piccolo paradiso

La Villa è una meraviglia, curata in ogni dettaglio con un giardino che sembra un orto botanico, con la piscina incastonata nel mezzo, con una passerella di accesso e la zona solarium con doccia da relax puro, il tutto anche illuminato di notte. Il patio è incantevole con un tavolo enorme e un pavimento in pietra leccese e una zona barbecue e cucina esterna che noi abbiamo utilizzato spesso e volentieri. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli così come i bagni curati e di design. La posizione è invidiabile a pochi minuti dal mare e dalle spiagge tra le più belle del Salento. Dario è stato esemplare nel darci tutti i servizi aggiuntivi e alcuni suggerimenti utili per scoprire location uniche. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Top!

Fantastic stay at Villa Gina in Salento

The villa is on a hill from which there is a view on the see. It is not far from the see side, however you must reach it with a car. On the see side, there is a lot of Lido. There are sandy beaches. For us the most beautiful was Lido Pineta. In the nearby small city Torre San Giovanni there are many restaurants. The garden surrounding the villa is very well-kept. The grass is green and there are ablot of flowers, trees an butterflies. The pool is clean and also well-kept. The childer (and also adults) loved the pool. The ovners, Dario and Gina were very helpfull. They explained to us where to go, where by local olive oil, cheese and other pruducts. The holidays at villa Gina were fantastic. Thank you very much Dario and Gina.

Un angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo appena trascorso una meravigliosa settimana in questo angolo di paradiso. La casa è uno spettacolo, curata, con ottimo gusto, nei minimi particolari sia all'interno che all'esterno (come da foto). Il giardino e la zona piscina curatissimi e tutto molto pulito. I proprietari Dario e Gina sono persone fantastiche, disponibili, solari, ci hanno accolto in modo famigliare e ci hanno dato informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno nel Salento. Tutto ciò che si respira a Villa Gina la rende un posto unico. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Stra consigliata.

Perfect villa with the perfect hosts!

Villa Gina is a special place! A spacious, finely furnished villa, equipped with all comforts and kept in impeccable condition. The pool is very nice and very clean, like the whole house and the park around. The patio is perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, also if the weather should not hold. The interiors are delightful and spacious and decorated with love to detail. For us, who were in 6, having several bathrooms available was a nice convenience. The laundry room is a very welcome and useful add. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the centers of Torre San Giovanni and Ugento, emersed in the nature and surrounded by greenery to fully enjoy the tranquility of a true vacation. Nearby there are bike paths with different routes for cycling. The owners Dario and Gina have assisted us in all our needs, and pampered us throughout our stay. Dario gave us many useful tips to make the most of the surroundings and our stay. Gina, being also a passioned cake designer, prepared a spectacular and delicious cake to celebrate my husband's grandparents' wedding anniversary, the reason for our vacation. We recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful place. Thanks again Dario and Gina!

Lovely outside space

Lovely villa with great outside space. Living space inside adequate for five but would be a bit tight for eight people. Bedrooms and bathrooms simple but clean and more than adequate. Dario was super helpful, especially with advising on where to eat and even booking tables for us. A lovely holiday

Un piccolo angolo di pace, originalità e qualità.

Un piccolo angolo di pace, originalità e qualità: così posso riassumere VILLA GINA, immersa negli ulivi del Salento, vicino al bellissimo mare dai tanti colori... Veramente molto apprezzata la parte esterna della casa, con la rilassante piscina, accompagnata da una zona conviviale, dove passare serate allegre e spensierate intorno al grande tavolo bianco, circondato da vegetazione colorata e “suggestiva”. Amante della fotografia, devo dire che ho avuto un bel po’ da fare..,,. Ogni spazio del giardino si è prestato a scatti bellissimi. Immagini che riguarderò con la famiglia, ricordando così le sensazioni di pace e armonia che Villa Gina ci ha regalato. All’interno della villa regna la pulizia assoluta. Tutto è stato studiato nei minimi particolari per un soggiorno comodo e piacevolmente famigliare. Famigliare si ! Perché l’atmosfera che ho respirato sapeva di “buono” e di “bello”... Questo grazie ai proprietari Dario e Gina, che si distinguono per la loro cortesia e professionalità. Ci hanno accolti con attenzione, consigli e soprattutto con i loro sorrisi. Unvergesslicher Urlaub in Villa Gina

Wir sind mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern angereist, daher haben wir uns für die Villa Gina entschieden. Dort angekommen, durften wir feststellen, dass die Villa noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos ist. Von der Inneneinrichtung, über die Garten- und Poolgestaltung bis hin zur Sauberkeit war alles bis ins Detail perfekt. Dario und Gina sind zwei wunderbare Gastgeber! Sie nehmen sich Zeit für einen, geben super Tipps (wie z.B. die Grottentour bei Biagio) und kümmern sich um jedes noch so kleines Anliegen. Selbst bei Problemen mit dem Auto, oder Reservierungen in einem Restaurant war Dario eine große Hilfe. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, genau richtig wenn man Privatsphäre braucht und möchte. Man fühlt sich ungestört und stört auch keinen anderen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Torre San Giovanni und an den schönsten Stränden Salentos. Villa Gina bietet Groß und Klein alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Trinken und Verweilen ein. Auch die Außenküche ist sehr praktisch. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Und das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird und für eine gelungene Abkühlung sorgt. Die Liegen und Betten am Pool sind neu und sehr hochwertig. Alles in allem ist Villa Gina perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, der schöne Stil des Hauses zieht sich durch jedes Zimmer. Die Betten sind bequem und sehr sehr sauber. Auch die zwei Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hochwertig. Bis in jedes Detail ist die Villa Gina liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit von Herzen empfehlen, wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub verbracht. Hiermit nochmals von Herzen Danke an Dario und Gina für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Une villa confortable et un jardin exceptionnel à l'image des propriétaires

Nous avons passé une semaine à 10 (4 adultes et 6 enfants) chez Dario et Gina. La maison est très fonctionnelle, moderne et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure . Mais le plus extraordinaire est le jardin. Un paradis de verdure au milieu des champs d'Oliviers surplombé par l'oasis de la piscine, qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Une mention spéciale pour nos hôtes: Gina et Dario sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires et répondent très volontiers à toutes les demandes, en ponctuant le séjour de très belles attentions. Un coup de cœur pour cette maison et un double pour les propriétaires! Merci à vous deux
