FeWo Betz Bodensee in Überlingen

Let your vacation at Lake Constance become something special and start a wonderful vacation in the "Fewo-Betz-Bodensee" in Überlingen in the immediate vicinity of the lake (300m to the marina).
Here you can combine cycling, hiking, water sports or simply relaxing in a unique natural landscape.

The marina and the Strandbad Ost beach are within walking distance, or you can easily start directly on the Lake Constance cycle path, which leads us 300 m past the lake.

A total of up to 4 people can stay in the apartment.
There is a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed (200 × 160 cm) in the living area.
We can also provide a children's folding bed.
The apartment is modern and equipped with modern facilities and the underfloor heating and automatic ventilation create a wonderful feel-good climate, both on hot and cold days.

In addition to books, tourist and excursion information, there is of course also a satellite TV in the living room. Radio and WiFi access available.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer and towels are also provided.

The fully equipped kitchen with fridge incl. Freezer, oven and dishwasher including the necessary small appliances such as kettle, coffee machine and toaster, offer ideal conditions for self-sufficiency and friends of your own kitchen.

You can grill on the veranda in front of the garden, and the herb garden specially created for guests can also be used.

The apartment is located at ground level with the garden "on the carport" and can be easily reached via a few steps.

The ideal connection to public transport (bus stop in front of the neighboring house) as well as the proximity to Lake Constance, the center and other shopping facilities within walking distance complete your wonderful holiday.

Basically, the apartment was completed in 2015 and is updated and updated by us every year in order to offer our guests the best possible relaxation and a comfortable atmosphere.

In order to create an even better feel-good climate, we have expanded the living / dining area with a solid real wood "stone pine wall".
Stone pine (stone pine, also called Arbe, Arve, Swiss stone pine or Swiss stone pine) has a long tradition and has been used for centuries due to the pleasant, natural smell and the supposedly many positive effects on the organism in the Alpine region.
It has a positive and circulatory effect on the biorhythm in many people.
