When you arrive here, you can already hear the sound of the lake and the tranquillity of the Nussdorf district. So just climb the stairs and you're right in the middle of it, in the 2-room domicile with a second level. Here, a wooden floor caresses your bare feet, two sofas invite you to do nothing and a stereo system and a large selection of books ensure that you won't get bored.

The double bed in the adjoining bedroom is perfect for a restful, valuable deep sleep. There is a further double bed on the recessed second level, which is reached via a narrow staircase. There is also a television. However, this competes with the view through the balcony door, which offers great cinema. And where do you cook and eat? In the well-equipped fitted kitchen, which is a joy to use. In the living room, the airy height of the wooden ceiling creates a feeling of summer freshness. And while you're still thinking about whether to take a seat at the dining table or sip your coffee at the counter in the kitchen, your head is already saying "relax". At the back, there is a daylight bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and separate WC. There is even a washing machine with dryer function.

For those arriving by car, there is a parking space in a carport directly behind the house. Bicycles can also be parked there.
