Apartment '2' with Balcony, Garden and Wi-Fi

Our 4-star apartment on the first floor offers 100 sqm of space for up to 6 guests. You will find modern, comfortable furnishings and your own balcony for relaxing. Enjoy a spacious living-dining area and a separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, and crockery. One of the three bedrooms has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each. For babies, we provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, bottle warmer, and stove guard. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

Our holiday home is located about 1 km outside Lippertsreute in a peaceful setting surrounded by orchards, with hiking trails starting right at the house, such as the Maria im Stein route. It’s a paradise for those seeking relaxation—especially beautiful during apple blossom in spring or fruit harvest in autumn. Children are very welcome: a play meadow with equipment, sandbox, and table tennis offer fun. You can explore our plantations without traffic, and the cats love to be petted. All guests may use the lawn with garden pavilion and barbecue. Nearby, you will find many attractions such as Überlingen, Mainau Island, Affenberg Salem, Meersburg, or the pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen. Excursions, sightseeing, and boat trips offer something for everyone.
