Purana Boutique hotel is het beste hotel waarin we ooit verbleven hebben. De luxe van de villa, de ongeëvenaarde service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel zijn absolute top! Totale roomservice waarbij werkelijk alles mogelijk is van ontbijt, dineren tot privemassages op je eigen terras aan je eigen privé zwembad. En alles altijd met een uitzonderlijke vriendelijkheid. We hadden gedurende ons verblijf een privé chauffeur, Ketut, die ons overal naartoe bracht en ons complete vrijheid boodt. Op onze vraag regelde hij ook een bezoek bij een gewone familie, ver weg van de toeristische hotspots en steeds altijd met de glimlach en aan uiterst voordelige prijzen. Ketut heeft voor altijd een speciaal plaatsje in ons hart. Verder kunnen we enkel zeggen dat het voltallige team van Purana een dikke pluim verdient voor de fantastische ervaring. De tuin, de villa's, het erg lekker eten, werkelijk alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgt. Andere bezochte hotels in Bali waren zeker ook erg goed maar het totaalplaatje van Purana steekt er toch boven uit. Proficiat staff en dank u voor de geweldige vakantie!

Das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa mit eigenem Pool super. Das hoteleigene Shuttle bringt einen kostenlos ins Zentrum von Ubud und holt auch von dort wieder ab. Das Essen ist sehr umfangreich. Auf jeden Fall ein gelungener Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Peaceful and relaxing after Ubud

loved the hotel, an area of tranquility compared to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Travelling to Ubud allowed a glimpse of the real Bali, although it seems to be geared for the tourists now.

I was impressed by the kindness of the staff. It was a little away from the busy city center, so it was very quiet and nice. Breakfast was prepared next to the pool in the room, so I could enjoy it comfortably. While staying at this accommodation, my daughter, who was afraid of water, was able to enjoy playing in the water. Thank you. My daughter said it was the best accommodation during her trip to Bali.

スタッフの方皆さん笑顔でとても親切でした。日本語がわかるスタッフさんもいます。食事もとてもおいしかったです。設備は整っているため困ることはありませんでした。お部屋は清潔で綺麗。Xperia silver statusの特典でオイルマッサージ全身60分を受けることができました。お値段はとても安かったとおもいます。安い分、下の階でプールがないお部屋でしたので、夜中足音が気になりましたが、次回はランクをあげてまたお世話になりたいです！

The experience at Purana was incredible. You feel like you are walking into a rainforest paradise as you are walking to your room. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was definitely worth it. We felt like royalty for a whole week, especially how the staff took great care of us. Response time for any request was very quick. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness is that the outdoor eating area will obviously get a little dirty but that is to be expected. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We would like to share our experience regarding our stay at Purana Resort. The hotel staff were friendly, and the resort was generally clean. However, unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with our stay overall. The information we were given was not consistent with what was actually provided during our stay. Every evening, we were given a breakfast order list for our in-room breakfast and asked to select our choices. Each time, we even confirmed with the staff whether everything was okay. Later, we received phone calls to our room saying that we had selected too many items and that we would need to make an extra payment, unless we reduced our order. We were honestly very surprised and uncomfortable with this situation, especially since we filled out the form openly in front of the staff every time. Additionally, on the first day, we were told that breakfast would be served in our room, but that we could use the breakfast restaurant on the following days if we preferred. Unfortunately, this also did not happen as promised. Every day, a different excuse was given, such as the restaurant being closed or too noisy. There were also belongings left in the hotel corridor in front of our room during our stay, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere and comfort. Because of these issues, we unfortunately cannot say that we were satisfied with our experience.

My husband and I booked Purana's private villa for two nights. Special thanks to Tude (not sure if spelt correctly) for giving us a tour of the room and its amenities upon our arrival, providing us with a complimentary feet massage, and for attending to our many queries on our first day patiently. Thank you Putri and Riya for bringing over the birthday meal with lit candles on my husband's birthday. They came over personally from outdoors to our room though it was raining heavily that day. We really appreciate the warm and friendly hospitality experienced here. From the daily warm and sincere smiles, and attentive service, to the thoughtful layout of the place and its facilities, we highly recommend this accommodation for other travellers in Ubud. This place is about 1hr 15 minutes' car ride from the airport. Potential con: As this is an outdoor villa, there is the inevitable couple of house lizards and mosquitoes. There is insect repellant provided in the villa however.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I came on a solo trip and never felt alone. Extremely accommodating and always there if you need anything. They even remembered my by name. Room was always kept stocked and clean. Pool was always clean. Zero sight of bugs. I loved the area it was in because it’s was right around the corner from the busy area but not on a busy street. There is a great restaurant in the resort but if you don’t want to eat there is food within walking distance. This report was a 10/10 and I will definitely be back!!!

Hôtel à taille humaine, presque familiale. Tout le monde ici prend soin de vous de sorte que vous vous sentiez privilégiés. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme, à deux pas d’ibis ( navettes pluri quotidiennes gratuites pour vous transporter et vous rechercher). Et un gros plus pour ce personnel tellement bienveillant !!! This is the place Stop looking for another hotel

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved our stay here. Shuttle into town was a bonus but it’s easily walkable to town in 15 min. So peaceful. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Felt like home fright away. Looking for a driver ask the staff for ketut! He drove us around all week to see the temples and waterfalls highly recommend him. Thanks Purana for a great week.

Hidden gem

Terrific property for your complete relax. I was traveling to Bali by myself and it was the best place to start my vacation with complete relax in one of their villas. Beautiful bedroom and pool, very nice breakfast, great people. I totally recommend!

Home away from home

I really don’t know where to begin. Everything about this place was GREAT! From the welcoming to the very end. When we first got there Agustawan was very polite and kind. The service was excellent and the breakfast everyday at the Villa was delicious. The staff went above and beyond for my wife and I. They shuttled us when needed, even though it wasn’t apart of their regular schedule. They even booked a driver to take us to the Safari and even to our next resort. I really want to thank the staff there for making our stay incredibly pleasant. To name a few Arya, Agustawan, Putri and Tude. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. SUKSMA!

Meget hjertelig og varmt personale, lækre værelser, med rengørring i top, flot stil og virkelig god morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder, romantisk og varm oplevelse. Fantastisk service med shuttlebus til Ubud centrum tur/retur.
