"Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The weather was really hot and so our top floor room was baking, but fans had been provided in each room, which helped. "Airconditioning didn't work properly. Room was not accessable by lift. Had to take lift to the 3rd floor and then walk up 1.5 flights of stairs to get to our room"

"Très bon hôtel, calme, belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Les 5 étoiles sont néanmoins un peu trop pour les services et le luxe proposé. L'hôtel mérite 4 étoiles grand max, le petit déjeuner est ok sans plus. Et le point le plus négatif est le wifi qui se coupe toutes les 20min et qui demande de se reconnecter à chaque fois. Positionnement de l'hôtel idéal. Je recommande cet hôtel si les prix sont abordables."

"Very convenient location, right in the middle of Old Town. Apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with host is fine. The apartment is accessed through codes. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"Room was dark and dingy we had a deluxe suite. Holes in the wall tiles falling out in bathroom. First night got a call at 1030 pm as our luggage was delayed and delivered no assistance given until young man at front desk saw me dragging luggage up the stairs elevator was up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was in a small cramped space. This was definitely not 5 star. They had no top layer sheets but comforters; room went from 17c to 22 Celsius. We were advised it was centrally controlled not sure...

"If you want to be at the heart of it all, you cannot beat this location. It is steps from the Astronomical Clock and in the thick of everything! It was so so so busy Saturday night after we arrived (May 2026). But from our room, it was quiet/no street noise. The room is spacious. Kitchen has what we needed (but we didn’t cook). The stairs to the bedroom are more like a ladder. Ok for us but would not work for older people or kids. Air conditioning was good and needed on the 4th floor. 24hr hour...

"The location is excellent, right in the center of old Prague, but at night it was very loud from drunk people till the wee hours of the morning. But the location is so close to everything. The room was spacious and clean but the refrigerator was broken, the door didn’t close so we couldn’t have cold drinks. Overall I would recommend this place, just put in ear plugs or headphones to block the sound of the boisterous people. It was funny until it went passed 3."

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."

"I loved this place. It was so spacious. Even bigger than in the pictures. My favorite part was the bar just downstairs. Such friendly people and tasty food and drink for a light snack in the middle of the day. It was a little tricky to find the entrance. If you said it was right next to the bar I would have totally found it easier. Would highly recommend this stay."
