  • Stay comfortably in Holly Cottage Garden Carriage House, a distinguished and charming Charnwood/Azalea Historic District of Tyler located just blocks from so many great downtown Tyler attractions. These are wonderfully convenient accommodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites.

    By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

    Holly Cottage is a 2-bedroom historic carriage house. Marvelous details include 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, heating, WiFi, and a washer/dryer machine. The historic bathroom has its original claw-foot shower/tub and many other amenities. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our superb cottage.

The cottage was lovely and it was easy to check-in. The owners were traveling but still managed to communicate with us to arrange a garden tour. The only slight off-note was that the cleaning products used left a strong smell but this was not a big deal. Thank you for a pleasant overnight stay!

This was our first time to book on vrbo! The place was exactly what we needed. Quiet and relaxing. We just needed a bed and bathroom but they offered a kitchen and dining area. The garden was amazing. We can't imagine how much work goes into something like that! Lots of charm, history and the claw foot bathtub was a great addition!

Host was friendly and responded quickly. Even loaned us an extension cord to plug in the boat. We will deffinately be back. Great little boat house attached to the marina. Food, bait, all the good stuff.

Host was extreme welcoming and accommodating. She was very yuck on answering questions and really made us feel she was happy we were there. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The gardens were beautiful and the tour she gave was extremely interesting.

We had a wonderful stay in Tyler. This cottage is in a very nice neighborhood, what a beautiful area! The hosts were incredibly kind, and it's obvious that they pay attention to the details. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed - kitchen and bathroom items were all provided. As others have said, the gardens are amazing. We spent 45 minutes or so in awe! If we go back to Tyler, we will not look around, this stay was perfect!! We will stay here again if possible. Thank You Esther for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler.

Heerlijk

Prachtige plek, alles aanwezig, schitterende tuin, hier hadden we makkelijk veel langer kunnen verblijven. The Roseland Plantation moet je zeker bellen voor een rondleiding en de BBQ pit om de hoek zeker proberen. Op dinsdagavond hebben we genoten van heerlijk eten en live muziek.
