¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Villa a estrenar ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa. Está extremadamente bien equipado con una cocina de acero inoxidable, molduras de techo y lo último en baños. Deje su automóvil atrás ya que el condominio está ubicado en el área más deseable de la isla. Estarás a una corta distancia a pie de la mayoría de los restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y pintorescas tiendas. El muelle está a solo 1/4 cuadra de distancia. Comunidad de condominios tiene acceso privado, jacuzzi, dos piscinas y cenador,. Hay 2 lugares de estacionamiento para el condominio. Disfrutarás del aire libre desde el gran porche. Ven y disfruta de Tybee y una experiencia muy única.

We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island! Our accommodations were perfect for 5 adults - and the hosts kept in contact with us for anything we might need. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, just wished we would have stayed longer. We'd highly recommend staying here - it's a great location!

Wonderful stay in a well kept condo., just steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for four women and an infant. The touches of home were a nice perk, as we utilized the beach supplies, sat on the large patio outside, and lounged inside with ease. The home is walking distance to pretty much anything you may need, so no car or golf cart is needed once there. 10/10 recommend this home for any one/group looking for a clean, relaxing, stay in Tybee!

Tybee

We had a wonderful time in Tybee for our annual girls trip! The accommodations were wonderful - we loved the large patio, used the pool every day and loved the proximity to the beach. The condo included a wagon, chairs, tent, cooler - everything we needed for the beach! Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Dan was very communicative - quick to respond to our questions and gave great recommendations and instructions. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing

Enjoyed our stay on Tybee. Loved that the restaurants and shops were so close within walking distance. Able to walk across the street and get my coffee before sunrise. The condominium was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Pool wasn’t too crowded.Owner was easily accessible although we had no issues. Fond of Tybee and its relaxed environment.

Wonderful condo, we really enjoyed the patio deck as well as the comfy indoor living room. Owner checked on us and helped us find a beach photographer on very short notice. It was also nice not having to bring our beach tent, wagon, chairs, and towels - all were available to use with the condo. The location is fantastic, the beach is so close and really nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Covered parking for two cars was perfect. We will definitely go back!

Absolutely the best stay on Tybee Island!!! My wife is handicapped and uses an electric wheelchair. The property was ADA compliant and she loved it. From the wide doors to the oversized balcony, she had no problems getting around. My family had a great time in the pool, hot tub and the very short walk to the beach and pier. God willing we will return..

Amazing Stay- Highly Recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this condo by the beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we entered a dream vacation. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The patio was amazing! The host, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic – close to local attractions and easy to get around. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay close to the beach!!

Best place!

The communication with the host was amazing! He answers questions immediately and I even face timed him! The condo had everything our group of 6 adults needed! The furniture was very comfortable and the condo has 2.5 baths which is always a plus! Location is perfect to walk to beach, bars and restaurants! We definitely are coming back!

Holidays on Tybee

This property was perfect for our holiday celebration! The living space and dining area were very comfortable for the 6 of us. The powder room was a great addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. TVs/streaming capabilities in each room. The large outdoor space really doubles the living space.very short walk to the beach/pier. Dan was by far the most communicative host I’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way to be accommodating/helpful really leading to the enjoyment. Random little things came up and Dan’s ability to problem solve/troubleshoot was on point!

Perfect Getaway

My girlfriends and I had a spectacular experience. The condo was perfect for us. It was so clean and had everything we needed to have a great visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms! The outside patio was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The patio was our gathering place to share a drink! The location of the condo is great for shopping and eating out. We didn’t have to move the car once we got there. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Thanks Dan…2024 Girls Trip was fantastic! Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Dan was wonderful to communicate with. He reached out before our arrival to let us know of a potential issue, but he already had resolution in place. We only had one slight issue during our stay, which was an issue with the coffee maker, but we were able to easily resolve this issue ourselves! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We very much enjoyed the area that the condo is located, and the pools! The only thing I wish that had been different would have been if there were steps leading down to the pool area from the back porch. Unfortunately, with the way it is built, guests must walk through the garage and around the side of the pool to enter. This is not the condo owners fault whatsoever. There were also a few gates not functioning around the pool area during our stay, but again this is not the condo owners fault. We did see several people cleaning the grounds and the pools during our stay, so the grounds themselves are well maintained and I’m sure the gates will be fixed soon. I’ve seen several reviews about the walk to the beach and just want to add my two cents that it is not a bad walk at all for a condo in this area! The island is adorable and we would love to come stay again one day!

Great stay!

Wonderful property with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. My family had an amazing time; each room was beautifully furnished. We had a large party (8 of us!) and there was more rhan enough space for us. The patio was huge! And having covered parking in the heoght of summer was much appreciated. Dan is a wonderful host - check in instructions were clear and concise, and he responds quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan or Brass Rail - we're planning on visiting again!

Great Spot and Great Owner.

We had a couple hiccups with our stay, but overall it was positive. My wife and I frequent Tybee, but had family with us this time. The location is great. As close as you can get to the beach without being "beachfront". The condo is so well equipped; even a pack&play for smaller kids. Plenty of blankets and pillows. We didnt have to pack out own tent or wagon, it was all there at the condo. So convenient. You're a 1 minute walk from tons of food, bar, stores, etc. Dan communicated with me instantly and even gave some dining suggestions. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. When we arrived at the Condo we hit yhe grocery store first thing; bought everything so we could just sit at the beach and come back to food for dinner. The refrigerator died on our first night and we woke up to most of our food spoiled. We were out $150 from the get go. Dan offered to have someone come and fix it while we were there, but I'm not comfortable with someone in our condo without us being there. I also wasn't wasting family time leaving them at the beach to come back for am appliance. We moved what wasn't bad to coolers and made do. The condo is great. Perfect for families. We just had a bad experience losing most our groceries to a fridge.

Gaulke Family Getaway

Everything was awesome! The unit was well stocked, clean and had lots of room and ammenities for all to enjoy. We loved being so close to the beach, downtown little shops, lots of dining choices and more. The unit also had access to a wonderful pool area and hot tub, that we enjoyed nightly. Great location and property

This is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at on Tybee island. Having the pool was a great option to the beach every day. Also all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts was a huge benefit.
