El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y acceso directo al segundo baño. Cada habitación está equipada con su propia televisión. La cocina completamente equipada se abre a la amplia sala de estar adornada en tonos intensos que recuerdan a la belleza de la vieja Italia, con un montón de asientos para toda la familia, y la puerta corrediza de vidrio que dan a balcón. Room was clean and in pretty good condition, normal wear items and nicks and scratches as would be expected. It was great that each bedroom had is own bathroom.

The ocean was visible on the horizon, but still a nice view. The kitchen area was well stocked and the furniture and bedding were all comfortable. Nice well appointed condo.

The condo was very clean, and the layout worked well for our group. It’s basically two primary, en-suite bedrooms. I appreciated the large number of towels, as there were four women. Unfortunately, it’s on the road side with little to no beach view. In addition, even though the condo is nice and clean, it could use a few updates. Overall, the general area is very laidback and, maybe, a bit more “rustic, old-beach vibe” than I prefer. We still had a great time. Thank you!

The condo was great! You can see the ocean, but most importantly you can reach it without having to cross Butler. The weather wasn’t the best for us, so the temp controlled pool helped us and our 4 year old a lot.We got our check-in information exactly 24 hours before check-in time, and the condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Would definitely recommend

The view was partial, but very nice. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and we were very comfortable. The only criticisms are there is VERY little water pressure in both showers, and with as much as we paid for our stay, the clean up before we leave rules were over the top. (100 if we don't take the trash out, leave towels on the floor (but not on the carpet, etc.). Other than that, it was great.

LOVED it here!

My daughter, grandkids and I stayed here and absolutely loved it!! We have stayed in other places in Tybee but this is our favorite so far! The pool is great, beach is beautiful and amneties we’re wonderful. We loved having the Deck restaurant at the pool! So convenient if we didn’t want to go out for meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be returning!

Tybee stay

We came to see a new place and enjoy better weather than we had back home- we did have a couple of sunny days and a couple of cold and windy days - Tybee is a little sleepy this time of year- but enjoyed the trips into Savannah! Great little small eateries- black river brewery - stingrays gumbo! Fantastic!

Lovely stay

Lovely place right on beach. Loved having heated pool available and restaurant on property! Dog friendly condo. Beware that dogs are not allowed on beach. Lots of restaurants with walking distance of condo. Plenty of towels which isn’t always the case. Spacious and comfortable

Great location and property

My sister and I stayed at The Beach Colony for four nights. The property was wonderful! Sparkly clean and so nice! The Che k- in process was super easy and simple. We had great parking too. It was a short walk to the beach. The Deck has great food and drinks. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the pool, but the pool was nice.. Mmmmmmmmmmmm

Beach Getaway

We recently stayed at this property while visiting our son who is stationed in GA. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to all that Tybee has to offer. The apartment itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the ability to get our son off of base and spend some time with him. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation on Tybee Island. Thank you!

Close to everything!

Decent, needs some updating… showers need some work, lost light in one the other one the shower head was leaking & loose. Carpet needs replaced! Location good! Pools were great!

The location was perfect, it was a nice place to stay. One of the rooms did not have a TV (I think it was not working and they had it in a closet) but we were never told that there would be no tV in the second bedroom it would've been nice to be told. Also, in the master bedroom walk in closet there was a mirror that had a crack in it (I was never told that and I was kind of nervous that they would think I did that), the master bedroom tub wasn't proper cleaned they could've done a better job with cleaning the tub area

a 4 day getaway from the floods in Asheville

It was a nice place for two of us. There isn't an ocean view but it is on the ocean with another building in front of it. The pool area and bar/restaurant were both nice and made lunch easy. The place was clean, but older tub with some green stuff around one place on it. Cleaning people could have missed it. Washer works good and it has a nice balcony.
