  • Welcome to Tybee Lights 112C, a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront townhome located on Tybee Island, Georgia. Nestled in the desirable Tybee Lights Condo community along the quieter mid-beach area, this peaceful retreat accommodates six and offers front-row views of the Atlantic Ocean and easy access to the best of the island.

    Take in spectacular ocean views and the sound of the waves from your private furnished balcony, the perfect spot for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, or simply relaxing with the sea breeze. With direct beach access just steps from your door, your day can begin and end with sand between your toes. Tybee Lights is known for its unbeatable location—peaceful yet walkable to restaurants, shops, Memorial Park, and the YMCA.

    Inside, this two-story townhome offers a relaxed and welcoming coastal vibe. The main floor features a light-filled open-concept living space with a comfortable sofa (which also converts into a sleeper), armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—full-size appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and cookware—plus a dining area that seats four. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level, along with a full-size washer and dryer.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo

This place was in the perfect location on Tybee Island. The view from the balcony is spectacular!! The condo has been renovated with a beachy theme. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Very clean, nicely decorated, and you could not get any closer to the ocean. Woke up in the comfy king bed to an ocean view. Check in was easy and the office ladies were kind and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Delightful, peaceful beachside visit

The unit was right on the beach, with no road crossings between us and the Atlantic. The property manager was prompt, check-in was a breeze, and the house was well-appointed and clean. We'll definitely consider this place again for our next visit!

Just as expected

We had a relaxing time at the condo. Exactly as pictures showed, peaceful days watching dolphins in the mornings and freighters throughout the day. The host and Tybee Island Rentals are very attentive to the few glitches we had. If we go back to Tybee Island, we'll be sure try and book the condo again!

Great customer service. King bed was uncomfortable so we moved to Queen bed in second bedroom, much better. We had the “Jack and Jill” bathrooms. We were not a fan but all nice enough. Nicely stocked

Wonderful

Multiple steps to go up so may be hard if too young or too old, but it was perfect for me and my fam! Kids loved their room and it was spacious with adjoining bathroom. Beautiful view of ocean out back deck. Easy access to what seemed like our own beach! We enjoyed “riding the waves” and walking the beach every evening! Decor of condo was perfect! Only thing missing was coffee and maybe a few folding beach chairs.

The condo was nicer & bigger than we expected. Easy access to the beach and good parking. Location is nice because the beach didn't get crowded. My one complaint was that I reached out to the property manager with a couple of questions and they never responded.

Location, location, location

The highlight of this property is the magnificent location with direct ocean views and access. It cannot be beat. The unit itself is in need of a really good cleaning and a few simple upgrades (ie a hair dryer). We were there in off season, the town was very easy to navigate and many bars and restaurants were open. We hope to visit Tybee Island again, loved the whole area.

Location is perfection. Unit needs a little TLC, but not so much that I would not love to return. Steps to second floor condo a little precarious, but in no way a deal breaker. Loved the Jack and Jill bathroom setup. A little box contained small essentials like dish soap, sponge, washer pod. Nice touch! Did I say the location is perfection?
