In fact, this protected porch stretches across most of the unit's length. Take a moment to look around the porch, enjoy the view and enter the main front door.

This was exactly what we wanted! Low key, super nice, clean decorated well. Walking distance to the beach. This was key on memorial weekend. We enjoyed the porch sooo very much! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay! Condo was well laid out. Very clean. Property management communicated with us to make sure we arrived ok and see if there was anything we needed, also contacted us before departure. Nice touch. Condo was well stocked with any items one may need. Location was perfect. Steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. Will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home steps from the beach
We had an incredible stay here! The home is immaculate and all the supplies were top notch. The location is perfect: it took my toddler less than 5 minutes to walk from the building to the sand! The onsite pool was a welcome reprieve from the summer heat (although the AC was strong and worked great!) I can't say enough about this rental. I would return to Tybee Island in a heartbeat and would not even entertain staying at a different spot.

Tybee in the Hurricane
We were going to a Savannah Bananas ballgame where my daughter's family was being honored for work as Georgia foster parents. The game was postponed from Thurs - Sun due to storm. I asked if we could amend the reservation but Sun night was not available. Due to the storm and advisory to shelter in place, we delayed our drive to Friday. I called property mgr to ask about the roads and power. I was told the rd had been opened. She avoided my question re electricity - twice. Finally we were told power should be restored beginning around 8pm Friday and we'd receive updates. We never heard again until Sat afternoon when I was told to be sure to reset AC to 74 when checking out on Sun. I replied there was no worry about the AC b/c we still didn't have power. Then I was told that if we wanted to leave Sat evening they would refund that one night. Still needed to go to ballgame Sun and decided to tough it out. (Thankfully, power came on soon after this convo.) I asked if since they were willing to refund us for Sat night if they would refund Thurs night instead. The answer was no. Not sure why they were willing to refund one night if we'd leave but not another when travel was not appropriate. The unit was nice and as pictured. But, we felt our conversations with the property mgr were less than satisfactory. She did not lie about the conditions but she avoided direct questions and was less than forthcoming when we questioned whether we should arrive on Fri
