The Space:

Upon entering the house, you will discover a spacious interior with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample room for families and friends to relax and unwind. The heart of the home is the newly updated kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, seamlessly flowing into the inviting living areas.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to this entire Tybee Island townhouse, including the private heated pool (with a $50/day fee for the heater), outdoor patio with a propane grill, and updated kitchen. Inside, you can enjoy all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.

For those arriving by air, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. While Tybee Island is best explored by car, ride-sharing services are readily available. You'll find that many attractions, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance or a short drive from the house. Enjoy the convenience of exploring this beautiful coastal destination!

Heater for Swimming Pool -There is a $50.00 per day fee for the heater.

To make a reservation at our property, guests must be at least 21 years old. You must also complete a check-in form and provide a copy of your driver's license for age verification.

The place was a great location and in good condition wonderful far the amount of bedrooms with king size beds, and the master on the top floor. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the elevator is not working and could not be fixed although they did send someone to try to fix it. Given my back issues, climbing three flights and stairs multiple times a day was a definite negative for my trip. But my grandkids and kids really liked the place and we enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with all 10 of us at the large table.

My family of 9 people stayed very comfortably. We loved the spaciousness of the home including the separate floor for the main living area and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the 2nd smaller living area for our kids to watch TV when they didn’t want to watch the football game upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. Great water pressure and plenty of full bathrooms for everyone. The pool was a nice feature although quite small. We liked the private outdoor space including the lounging chairs and outdoor showers. We appreciated the supplied beach chairs and wagon. Overall, we really loved this house and how close it was to the beach!

The house was everything we expected it to be! The outside patio area we perfect for our large crowd. The kids loved the small pool. The elevator was such a huge deal! We did not have to carry luggage or groceries up 3 flights of stairs! The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms worked well for 10 of us. It is about a 2 minute walk to beach. There is room for 3 cars (garage parking is very tight) and we had a golf cart that fit outside garage doors. Neighbor was friendly also!

Great location! Property management company was very communicative and responsive. Kitchen was moderately equipped for cooking / in-house meal prep and greatly equipped for dining. Overall house layout was great … we traveled with toddlers and didn’t have to worry about noise. Pool was a welcome after beach activity. We had 3 cars and rented a golf cart. Not sure we could’ve fit another one. Location is great w ease to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

A great place to stay on Tybee! The location was perfect-we were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The house fit our needs with 6 adults and 4 kids—the kids loved having what they deemed the “kids’ lounge” where they had their own tv and couch. The main area was fantastic with lots of seats, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and the dining table was set for 10. Great all around!

Very spacious for 3 couples, a 3 year old & 10 month old. Appreciated the pool, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, extra fridge, beach wagon, beach chairs & boogie boards. 3 levels of stairs so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Easy access to the beach & restaurants. Parking for 3 cars. House is a challenging to find. There are three “roads” that look more like driveways between 18th and 19th street (18th Pl, 18th Ter and 18th Lane) which is where the house is. There is a lot more “rental wear & tear” than is shown in the pictures. Would have appreciated trash cans on the 2nd level near wet bar & laundry room & more kitchen towels.

Overall the property is great! Plenty of room for the whole family and everyone was able to have their own bathroom!Enough parking for 3 cars, anymore than that would be difficult as there is a private residence next door.The property is great but needs a little TLC. Holes in walls, pictures missing, some areas of cracking in the pool. Nothing a coat of paint can’t fix! The pool was the biggest hitter of the week perfect for the hot weather! The house has 2 beach wagons, footballs, and chairs so you can easily leave those at home!

Great location and plenty of room for our family of 9 and a couple of other visitors throughout the week. The 19th street beach access was so easy to get to from this property. The inside of the house was clean and well equipped with soaps/towels/household supplies. The master bathroom is spacious and lovely but the shower needs a very good scrubbing as the floor and wall tiles were not very clean especially in the corners.. The tub jets did not work either. We used the outdoor grill a few times and enjoyed having it available. The pool and surrounding area could use a thorough cleaning/pressure washing. The pool should be described as a dipping pool as it is not very big. The children did enjoy it a few times but it was crowded when they all got in together. We had a great time and would recommend this property to others.

Great Location and Spacious

We had a wonderful time, with 4 couples and 3 children under age 8. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kids loved the tri-level bunk beds. A short walk to the beach and an on-site pool made it a perfect place for our families. We would definitely stay again.

Best vacation home

We loved the home for making family memories. The pool was a nice addition to our annual trip. The kitchen is well stocked, there is space for everyone, and close to the beach. We appreciated the beach wagon and chairs. We hope to stay here again as this was our best rental house for our family.

Family reunion at the beach

Really nice layout, love the spacious baths, living spaces, and closets (which fit travel cribs!). A large dining table was a plus, and the balcony was perfect for hanging out. The pool was a hit as well! Super close to the beach was a major advantage, and easy walking to bars and restaurants. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful home! Beautiful rooms, the beds were so comfortable, pillows and linens were so soft, every room had a different theme, we loved that. The kids loved the pool. Perfect house for a big group

Me and some friends stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! Check in process was super easy. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and super close to the beach! Loved the pool area as well. Would rent again!
