  • Located in the Gull-Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 633 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Wake up with coffee on the balcony or wind down the evening and witness the colors of the sunset in the fresh air on the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of resort-style living with beach access just steps from the pool deck. Beachside Colony Resort has two swimming pools. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.

    The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.

    The primary suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new primary bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

    Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

    Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

    MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

    PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

    EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Island life on Tybee

The property was well appointed-nice furniture, spacious rooms,sizable balcony, and neat and clean kitchen. The location was close to dining, easy drive to Savannah, no steps boardwalk to beach, and an elevator available to those who have trouble with stairs.

Perfect

Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen to make meals, beds were comfortable and location was perfect. Pool was a little smaller than pictured but great none the less. Adjoining restaurant to the property was great, really great food…and having the bar area was great for a fun drink after the beach.

Our arrival coincided with a snow event on Tybee Island and several condos in the building had frozen pipes. Ours did not, but maintenance was running water in our condo upon our arrival. Lots of issues with televisions. Remotes did not work. And for our stay of 3 weeks on 2 of the 4 televisions worked.

First visit to Tybee

Very nicely located property. Nice accommodations. I would return. Pool area and Deck bar was awesome! Close to Savannah and an overall great trip. Only complaint was compared to other stays at other VRBO locations it was not very personalized. It would have been nice to have coffee.

Overall Good stay

The location and condo complex is ideal. We have stayed at the complex several times in years past and this was my first time booking with tybee vacation rentals. It was overall a good experience, however there were a few broken items and missing items in our rental when arrived. Parking passes were missing and a towel bar was ripped off the wall in the master bath. The slider door handle was also broken. The office had me come down to pick up passes for parking and never repaired the broken things during our stay, which was dissapointing. Overall a clean space with ample room, in a great location.

Family vacay

I will say it was super easy to book. The property was great, loved to have a microwave; unless in overlooked one. The walk-in in shower in master was a blessing , accessible for my ages mom to shower. The other bathroom a little small but ok for the young folks. Bri g your own soft mattress topper for yourself if you like less firm mattress. Loved restaurant on site , but the wait for your food is a bit slow, maybe staff issues. Food did come and was hot. Thanks for all the staffing at TVR. LaVarr Would rent again

Great stay. Beautifully decorated. Older property, but everything has been updated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Towels and wash cloths were waiting on every bed, even the pull out couch. The washer stopped working while we were there, they quickly sent someone to look, they weren't able to fix it right away, but no big deal for us.

First Tybee Family vacation

This was the absolute best resort that we’ve stayed in this year. The condo was a perfect location! Easy parking every single day that we ventured out. Super friendly staff! This was our first time visiting Tybee Island. We will definitely be back AND stay here. 100% recommend

The pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. The location is close to the pool and beach. Private parking is a bonus. A few issues occurred and they were handled promptly. The maintenance tech was professional, courteous, and friendly!

Great girls trip!

This was a great location for our annual girls' trip. The location to the beach was close with access to a beach chair rental company right onsite. Enjoyed spending time at the cafe/bar right onsite, as well. Able to walk to several restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Would definitely do it again!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great! We loved the pool area and having a bar/restaurant right there on site. Our only complaint is that the master bed was very stiff and hard. Not sure if maybe it’s brand new, but a foam mattress topper would probably do wonders for it.

Enjoyable experience

Likes - proximity to beach, bar/restaurant by the pool was good. Condo itself was clean and spacious Dislikes (all very minor dislikes)- parking instructions weren’t very clear. Living room TV didn’t connect to internet (tried about 500 times), no full length mirror, pools weren’t the cleanest.

Quiet little island!

This was our first visit to Tybee and we were very impressed! The island is not commercialized at all but there is plenty of good places to eat. The condo was top notch. Located on the middle of the island we could get around quickly. Rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family. Only draw back was the small pools, but who needs a pool when you have an entire ocean?!?! We will definitely go back to this condo.
