"Balcony way too small and Chairs on Balcony were way too big. View sucked unless you stood up. God forbid if you have to use the bathroom. Everytime we would have to call front desk to get maintenance to unclog toilet and have to hold down handle to flush. I have stayed there multiple times and this was the worst. I am requesting a refund due to the fact that I feel it was a total waste of money. Very disappointed."

"Room was filthy when we checked in there were bedbugs. There were stains all over the sheets. The floors were so filthy. I put my baby down for just two minutes and her feet and her thighs were black. That’s how dirty it was. There was no water pressure in the shower. It literally just dripped. There was no security. And they would not refund my money so I could find a different place. People up in the pool, screaming all night, long with the radio blasting. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to rent beach chairs, which was an awesome bonus. The property is retro and as advertised. Not fancy and could use some upgrades, but perfect for a budget friendly beach getaway. Great location."

"The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

"Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price."

"The 'innkeeper' was terrific, engaging in knowledge of the property and of the location. The whole room were tastefully done with rich tradition of the Bed and Breakfast. He made a great breakfast with awesome coffee! It was a much-needed diversion from the standard hotel complimentary breakfast! Would highly recommend staying at least 1 night there and prove me wrong (which you won't!)."

"A very short walk to the beach, fun area with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It did feel like they were slightly understaffed, but all in all it was a fun stay and we would likely go again. 4/5."

"I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again."

"At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking...

"I booked a room with a beach view, but when I arrived and the hotel no longer had a room with a beach view but would have one the next day. We moved ALL our belongings next morning to the new room with a beach view. The view was lovely, but we had an air conditioner that constantly leaked into the floor. "We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...
