First things first. The property is dated. Know that. That being said, the bed was comfortable, everything was super clean, and everything was as pictured and as described. The view and porch are perfect. Our family had a GREAT time. We watched cargo ships, nightly shrimp boats, and DOLPHINS!!!! The pool and grounds were well maintained. The bay was our preferred swimming spot over the crowded beaches. Walkable to Huc-A-Poos (a family fav) and all of the cute shops nearby. We come from a very busy tourist town and this was a fantastic quiet getaway that we would 100% book again.

The beach view was exactly as described: unobstructed and beautiful. The condo itself is very basic and rather tired looking. I also recommend adding just a few accoutrements to the kitchen supplies: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, coffee filters or a keurig and pods, Kleenex. These are items found in most rentals and all hotels.

The beach was perfect. Clean and as pictured. But the listing shows their is a dishwasher. There is not one. In this day of germs an virus transfer I expected to see dishwasher. Please remove that from this listing. That would be only reason I would not stay again. Sofa comfortable and mattress was sufficient. View incredible. We have stayed on 2nd floor here before and this had much better visibility.

The space was smelly, cigarette smoke, etc...couch looked over used, ....other than that, clearer info to property would have been great. But the location/ beach exceed my imagination. Communication from host,property mgmt., could have been better, I was told they haven't been there and I should just get off the phone, focus and should find it. I eventually found itband a lady walking her dog further helped me. Then inside finding my space # was challenging coming from the elevator, a gentleman helped me. . It all obviously worked out, but clearer and concise information would definitely have been appreciated.

It was a quiet location and great views. enjoyed our stay. The kitchen lacked any cooking pots and pans. Great place for a quick getaway for a couple.

Overall a great stay! Affordable for beautiful views and relative quiet. Unit itself is older and a bit run-down, especially the lock on the front door. But if what you’re looking for is affordable beachfront with a view - this unit more than delivers!

The property is depicted accurately in the pictures. Love the easy beach access and the dolphin watching is incredible. We love watching the shrimp boats and the cargo ships. The property managers take pride in keeping the area clean.

Great view for a quick weekend getaway

Clean room with a great view. We have stayed here before but this was a first for this room. It is going to be our go to room.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay! It’s definitely on the smaller side, but perfect for a couple. We saw dolphins swimming daily and watched beautiful sunsets from the patio. It didn’t have little things that I assumed would be there, like coffee filters and salt and pepper, but no complaints. Communication was great and everyone was friendly! Beautiful pool area as well! Would definitely stay again!
