We enjoyed the property and city of tybee island! Security was good, easy access to the beach, the pool wasn't open and the apartment was well stocked and had nice decor. We will return!

My wife and I had a wonderful time on Tybee. The property exactly fit our needs. The section of beach we were on was very quiet, calm and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The smell of sulfur was very strong. Initially we thought the smell was in the water, but having some research we found out the smell was coming from the bacteria build up in all the drains. We had a headache most of the time while in the condo and we had difficulty sleeping. The sofa bed sheets had not been changed. As your cleaning company will verify, we did not sleep on any of the bedding -- we were skeptical because the condo did not feel clean and the foul smell was overwhelming. The rug runner in the hallway was very dirty and there were unsightly dirty stains all over the runner, and the floors were dirty. We did not use the towels provided by the condo on our bodies -- we purchased our own towels. After one attempt to use the dishwasher, and the dishes did not get clean, we just washed the dishes by hand. The renovations were haphazard -- some door handles were corroded, and some were new and there were other items that looked like the original old items. Most of the time in the condo we were a bit squeamish and feeling a bit uncomfortable because of the heavy sulfur smell and the feeling that the condo was just not clean. The condo has the potential to be a very nice place to stay; a deep cleaning would be the first place to start and the elimination of the horrible sulfur smell needs to be addressed immediately (breathing in the foul bacteria that has saturated the air made us ill). As an Associate Broker/REALTOR, I've not decided how I want to proceed. Thank you
