The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the bonus sunroom includes a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle, ideal for extra guests. A second full bathroom ensures everyone’s comfort. Additional amenities include an in-house washer and dryer.

Designated parking spaces are designed to accommodate two standard‑size vehicles. Larger SUVs, trucks, or oversized vehicles are limited to one space only. The maximum vehicle height clearance is 6'5". Oversized vehicles must fit entirely within one marked parking space and may not extend into adjacent spaces. For additional details, please refer to the check-in information.

Please note: There are exterior security cameras in the parking garage.

Please Note: Per HOA requirements, the community's designated pest control vendor performs scheduled treatments on the third Tuesday of each month. Property access is required to complete this mandatory service; however, guests are not required to be present. Guests will receive at least 12 hours' advance notice via email, text, or phone prior to entry in accordance with Tybee Vacation Rentals policies. We appreciate your understanding as these routine treatments help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
