  • Ocean Song 321 is a second-floor corner unit, featuring panoramic views from floor to ceiling sliding doors on two sides of the living room. This property has a corner L-shaped balcony, facing the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious and open living room area has been completely renovated. The comfortable seating, including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus an Oversized chair that opens as a twin sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stove-top, toaster oven, and dishwasher, and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people.

    Relax on the oceanfront balcony, which overlooks the beach and the pool area of the condo complex and has plenty of comfortable seating. The large primary bedroom has a plush King-sized bed, and the all-new bathroom is very spacious and has a large double vanity and a glassed-in shower. This condo offers in-unit WIFI for guest use and is also pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only.

    This beautiful, oceanfront condo is located in the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, direct beach access, and Tybee Island's only oceanfront restaurant, The Deck where fresh coastal flavors meet panoramic Atlantic views. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is pet-friendly.

    Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

    Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

    MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

    PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

The View

The whole reason we choose this condo was for the view. It did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of towels were provided. Would stay here again, if ever back to the area. Best restaurant: stingrays

We had a great time. We couldn’t find coffee filters but grabbed some at the local grocery. It had that slow island feel which we loved.

Beautiful condo and view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and pretty. The pools were great for the kids and they made a lot of friends. The porch and view was wonderful. Nice big bathroom. Our only complaint was the “dog park”. It’s right by the major road, no grass or trees and very small area.

Beach/ocean view. Bedrm/bath were clean. Furniture in living area--very uncomfortable and soiled. Large area rug in living area--very soiled--needs to be replaced. Could have stayed in Savannah hotel and been comfortable--to beach during day.

Very nice stay

Our stay was great with a wonderful view of the beach, ocean and pool. We were disappointed in the lack of an oven and full stovetop in the kitchen. It was described as full functional kitchen and should have been more forthcoming about not having an oven and full stovetop. All in all we managed. —DJ

January 2018 Stay

Great corner unit on the beach with lots of glass for panoramic views. The unit is undergoing remodeling so it is somewhat unfinished and had a strong initial odor from recent work. We cook a lot which was a bit challenging in this unit as there is no oven just a toaster oven and only has a two burner unit. The unit is adjacent to the pool which could be noisy during the summer. Despite the renovation and kitchen issues, I would still recommend the unit for an off-season stay!

Dusty fun in the sun

Great location and view of the ocean. There was a lot of pool construction which we were informed of. What weren’t prepared for was the concrete dust from cutting the pavers. We were discounted but the dust kept us off the patio for a couple of days. But who’s complaining

Weekend getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Everything is exactly as described in the posting. Loved sitting on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. We are at The Deck a few times (located on property). It had a great vibe and good food. No complaints! Would stay again.

Location and view cannot be topped! Can’t wait to come back again to enjoy all Tybee has to offer!!!

We had such a lovely vacation at this property. It was clean and the location and view were spectacular. The beach was not super crowded and the chair/umbrella rental folks were set up right outside. The walk to the beach was easy and short. A few of the reviews mentioned the noise level and that would be my only complaint if I had to find one. I am not light sleeper, but the unit is right next to the metal stairway, as well as right next pool so there is some noise associated with that. It is also 2 floors right above the garbage dumpsters too. Just take along some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but it is definitely not anything that would deter me from staying at this same unit next time. We just loved our stay in Tybee and this unit!

Nothing short of amazing

The condo was emaculate! The views are AMAZING! The balcony is very large and gives you pools views from one side, and the other offers breath taking beach front views. The bed was very comfortable ,we hated to get up. The bathroom has and over sized shower and tub(quite the bonus) We did hit the beach a few times but were mostly indoors. We will be back for sure!
