Welcome to the Beachside Colony Condominiums! This 1 bed 1 bath condo, offers a unique resort style stay on Tybee Island. Stroll through condominium grounds, which boast two sparkling pools, private beach access, and an on-site restaurant and bar (Tybee’s only beachfront restaurant The Deck).
The condo features a Queen sized bedroom and full bathroom. Upon entering, there is a kitchenette for guest convenience. Please note, there is an adjoining door between this unit and the other (similar to a hotel room) but it is dead bolted shut and guests do not have access from either side.
The beachside colony condominiums are located directly on the beach, so there is private access to the mid island beach access from the pool area & restaurant.
Take advantage of the free parking. There will only be 1 parking spot for 1 vehicle.
The parking pass will be inside the unit. We provide a laminated parking pass for your stay. Kindly return it before check-out, as a $25 replacement fee will apply if it is lost or not returned.
Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on their reservation not to exceed 4 persons. Please honor quiet hours between 9am--9pm as there are guests staying in the adjoining condos around you. Limited to only 1 vehicle. One parking pass will be provided upon arrival in the unit. Please place on your dashboard for the duration of your stay and leave in your unit upon checkout.
