Over 1100 sq ft condo is the floor plan of the 3 bedrooms without the extra room so it has a lot more space including a larger kitchen and bedrooms than other 2 bedrooms condos. Beach and ocean views from balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with playground, sand volleyball, and tennis.

Great condo with a partial ocean view if you look to your left from the balcony. Parking is tight under the building. Restaurant onsite is good. Areas to sit outside on property. Pool seemed heated but only tested it.

It was a great stay! We would absolutely stay there again. The location was great. The property was just as listed. It had all the things we needed for our family. The parking was very easy. The checkin was very smooth. We loved the pool access and the restaurant/bar that was attached to it. I would recommend the pina colada and the poke bowl.

Parking deck was small so if you have a larger vehicle then the outside spots may be better but room and view and location mid island was great. I have stayed in this resort before and it’s always great.

Very roomy! Lots of storage and space for sure. We loved having a washer and the size of the kitchen was great. Make sure you bring your own soap. That was an error on our part; the “hotel soap” isn’t very useful. Dishes were very clean. Beds were great. There is a partial view of the beach from a distance from the patio. Patio furniture and space were great as well.

The condo is in a great area right by the beach and a beautiful pool. Checking in was easy with parking.They do need to clean the bathrooms better. The bathtub and toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Clean room with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. No clutter. Balcony has a side view of the ocean. Perfect time to go at the beginning of May. Temperate weather and less populated due to schools still being in session.

Only a side view of ocean but still acceptable.First bedroom lacks nightstands and lamps on each side in order to charge phones ect. Also could replace toaster oven with 4 slice toaster. But it’s a lovely clean condo overall. Loved the beach.

Comfy beds, couch is a hid-a-bed and end closest to dining area is very uncomfortable.Living/dining area could use a facelift. Codes we received for side gate to beach and entrance to the pool did not work. Another guest gave us theirs, it worked so we used it during our stay. Floor tile could use a good cleaning. Great access to beach and beautiful pools. The restaurant onsite had great food,Our first visit to Tybee Island. We did the trolly guided historic tour of Savannah. Great tour guide and wonderful peek at the history of Savannah.
