The Sandpiper Condos are located on Tybee Island's
South Beach within walking distance to the pier, pavilion, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Weeklong rentals are a must in June and July, 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

The elevator will take you up to the second floor for
your beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation pleasure with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. We have Impact/High Performance windows and sliding glass door that are up to code for coastal and island properties.

Description of Condo: Updated with ceramic tile flooring so there is no carpet. This condo features a fully furnished kitchen with Corian countertops. The full sized refrigerator/freezer /ice-maker combination, smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher will make 'cooking in' very convenient. There is a large pantry and extra shelves for storing your groceries.
There is seating for 4 at the bistro table, 4 at the counter, and 4 on the balcony.

Accommodations for Guests: free highspeed WIFI, cable TV, 4 TVs (a smart TV in each bedroom). The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and 2 recliners (both new 2022), 40 inch smart flat screen TV, There is a collection of books, jigsaw puzzles, and DVDs as well as some older games: Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, cards, UNO, Skipbo, Yatzee, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Gestures, Candyland, Monopoly. We have a collection of mostly childrens' DVDs, also.

Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Actually, there is a restaurant on each side of the condo.

Several restaurants and bars have live music.
Water Sports: Swimming, Boating, Surfing, Shelling, etc.
Fishing on pier with equipment rental available
Deep Sea Fishing
Library on Tybee Island
Marine Science Center is just on the other side of pier
Walking beach tours
Tybee Memorial Park - volleyball, tennis, basketball, picnic area, screened pavilion (must be reserved)
Tybee Jaycee Park - beautiful area with paved jogging/biking trails, playground, picnic area
Bicycle rentals and bike trails for touring the streets of the island.
Cabs will take you anywhere on the island for about $4 per person (plus tip).
Grocery stores: IGA (has grocery delivery service-check their website) and numerous convenience stores on Tybee Island. Publix, Kroger, Walmart are close by on Wilmington or Whitemarsh Islands.

Everything was clean, with attractive decor. A elevator was tremendously helpful, lots of places only have stairs. Family oriented with kid stuff, sand chairs. Washer and dryer were large. We were very happy with all of it.

Fantastic condo! The location is amazing. I was able to walk to talk of my favorites. Restaurants right outside your door and the beach is soooo close! Truly 200 steps and you’re there. Condo is very spacious and provided everything we needed to live very comfortably for a week! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

It was very nice! Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very big. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinner in the room. Location was excellent, we had restaurants on both sides of the condo. Overall a very great experience.

Perfect beach location

Check in/out was super easy, Kris was accessible with anything that we needed during our stay! Property is exactly as pictured, perfect for our big, mostly grown family! There was an elevator close to the condo so you didn’t have to take the stairs if you couldn’t/didn’t want to and it was SO close to the beach! We would definitely return!

Overall the property was great, no major complaints. Very spacious, well stocked and the location was perfect! It could use a deep cleaning and the sheets on the king bed need to be replaced, the elastic on the corners is worn out, they wouldn’t stay on the bed.

Great location

Many things to see and do in and near Tybee Beach and this location was central to all. Communication with the host was excellent and the home was filled with all the essentials needed to create a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this home for either short term or extended visit.

Perfect place to start the new year

Truly wonderful place to stay. I wanted to spend the first month of the year near the beach and somewhere quiet, and the area fit the bill well. I'm glad I decided to stay on Tybee Island over Hilton Head Island, as the beach has more character, the island is more walkable, and the overall vibe is more lowkey and peaceful. I liked the unit even more in person. Very comfortable space with comfortable beds. Keypad entry made check-in easy, and Kris was friendly and easy to get in touch with. Took me longer than it should have to realize that if you're just walking, you don't need to open and close the garage gate but can simply use the front entrance doors to the building. I already miss walking out on the beach in the morning to breathe in the fresh morning air and look for shark teeth! Thanks Kris & Tybee Island 3

Middleton Fam Vacation

My husband and I took all 3 kids with our youngest being 18 months old. The room was extremely clean and had everything you need from linens to kitchen utensils. We had a blast and when we return to Tybee Island this will be our first pick to stay again!
