Whether you spend the day on an outdoor adventure, or perusing the local attractions and gift shops, this home is a great place to gather, relax, and enjoy.

~ Living Room - TV with Roku stick. Comfy furniture including a chair, couch, and
loveseat.
~ Kitchen - Fully stocked. Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Feel
free to help yourself to the spices in the spice cabinet. There is a dining
table that seats 6, with extra chairs if needed. There is deck access from the
kitchen.

UPSTAIRS:
~ Full bathroom - Shower/tub combination.
~ Bedroom #1 - Queen bed. Walk-in closet. Full bathroom with shower.
~ Bedroom #2 - Queen bed. Closet.
~ Bedroom #3 - Two twin beds. Closet.

DOWNSTAIRS:

~ Bedroom #4 - Queen bed. Closet.
~ Laundry Room - Washer & Dryer for guests to use. Half bathroom (toilet & utility
sink).
~ Family Room - TV with Roku stick. Couch & rocking chair. A great extra hang-out
space with access to the patio.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES:
~ Snowmobile/ATV enthusiasts - Snowmobiles and ATVs are street legal on county
roads and city streets in and near Two Harbors. The Two Harbors snowmobile/ATV trail is less than 1 block away, which has direct access to the State Trail. You
can start your outdoor adventure right from the driveway, or haul the trailer up
Highway 2, about 1 mile, park in the lot and hit the trail from there.
~ Cross-country skiing - There is a trail less than 2 blocks away. This can be accessed
right from the driveway, if the weather allows, or a 1-minute drive down the road to
the parking lot.

maps.

DAMAGE AND INCIDNTALS:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

~ Check out before 11 a.m. ~ Minimum age to rent: 25
~ Children allowed. ~ No smoking.
~ No pets allowed. ~ No events allowed.
~ No food or beverages left behind. ~ Relax and enjoy!

Of Note: There will be no guest access to the shed, basement, or garage.
