  • Nestled within the prestigious Settler's Ridge neighborhood is this modern guest suite that offers a central home away from home in beautiful Twin Falls.
    The suite features open plan living with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. There's a kitchenette, a chic dining space, a sparkling bathroom, a lounge area with the option of a sofa bed and a bedroom with a luxe king bed.
    The famous Snake River Canyon is right on your door step and great shopping and dining is only minutes away.
    The space
    Make your way around to the guest suite entrance which offers an easy self-check-in with a keypad by the door.
    Enter into the sunlit foyer and make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the free-flowing guest suite.
    The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, and a built-in microwave.
    Across from the kitchen is the chic café style dining space where you can pull up a trendy bar stool and enjoy your culinary creations, or just sit back with a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar.
    The cozy living room features a large wall mounted TV and a plush sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed to create an additional sleeping space. Enjoy the sweeping views across the canyon from the large lounge window.
    The main sleeping area offers a large king bed with luxuriously soft hotel quality linen and bedding. There is dresser to store your belongings and a second TV perfectly positioned for movie nights curled up in bed.
    The modern glamorous bathroom consists of a large bath with overhead shower and a sleek stone top vanity with sunken basin. There are quality amenities on offer including shampoo and conditioner as well as soft fluffy towels for each guest.
    Free parking is included as well as fast Wi-Fi perfect for streaming and catching up on all your favorite shows.

This was a great place for an over night stay. Very clean and comfortable. It does not have a stove, so a longer stay would be harder if you wanted to cook. The Host was great at communicating. I would stay here again for sure.

The host does an excellent job and has thought of every need. Easy communication, clean space, and loved the kitchenette. Was surprised to see a two-burner electric stove in one cupboard—must have missed that in the details of the listing. Also, it was nice to see an EV destination charger. And we were happy to find easy access to the Canton Rim Trail.

I absolutely loved my stay. The house is located in a really nice area surrounded by beautiful, modern homes, which made it feel both safe and relaxing and elegant for a nice price. The space itself has a very modern vibe, both inside and out, and everything was thoughtfully designed. I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Easy to book. Good communication. Place is very cute with wonderful large bathroom. Everything we needed for our stay. We love the king size bed and the ability to charge our Tesla.

The accommodation was great! It was very clean & in a nice area. The bed was comfy & we had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the paved, wide canyon rim trail & walked it several times during our stay. The weather was beautiful and Christian was a great host!

The room is clean, and the pictures are accurate. The area is very quiet, and the host communicates well. I'm not sure why balcony or patio is listed as popular amenities, because there is none. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and electric kettle with coffee and tea. There is also a hot plate in the cupboard above the fridge, and pots and pans. It's not a gourmet kitchen, but it will do. The bed is fantastic, and this is a great place for 1 person to stay.

Host was very helpful and the location was really nice and it was very clean. Overall great value. Only two minor issues, owner might want to upgrade the bed. It was very noisy when changing sleeping positions and we did hear a little bit of kid and dog noise from the attached house.

Just what we needed

The place was perfectly clean and attractively decorated. We really just needed a place to sleep for a stop on our road trip, but this was a very welcome and pleasant respite.

Great place, can’t say enough!!

The location was wonderful, close to the snake river, close to restaurants.The room was wonderful with a comfortable bed and all the Amenities! Would highly recommend to anybody passing through or for a longer stay.
