The updated kitchen is designed for both function and style. Stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating, and plenty of cookware and utensils make meal prep simple and convenient. Stocked with glassware and a coffee maker ensures you’ll have everything you need, whether enjoying a quick breakfast or preparing a full dinner.

Bedroom
The bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a plush king-size bed with crisp linens and cozy blankets. Natural light fills the space during the day, while nightstands with lamps create a soft evening glow. There are window blinds that can be drawn for privacy. A freestanding wardrobe provides ample storage, stocked with extra linens, a pack & play, and a fan for guest comfort. A private exterior door offers direct access to the yard.

Bathroom
The clean and modern bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with sleek matte black fixtures and a vanity with plenty of counter space and storage for guest personal items. Guests are provided with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer to make their stay convenient and stress-free.

Outdoor Space
The yard is currently being landscaped, but guests have access to a private space with comfortable seating. Though not fenced, this area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

Parking & Additional Info
Guests will enjoy designated parking with alley access for up to four vehicles. The duplex is fully private, with no shared interior spaces—the neighboring unit is separately occupied.
Up to two pre-approved dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet (no cats due to allergies).

Please note there is no washer or dryer on-site.

Guests have access to the Duplex and a private area in the backyard. The garage/shed is NOT included and is reserved for the Owner
*NOTE: there is a separate front unit that is private with NO shared spaces. Parking in front is RESERVED for the front Unit A guest. Driveway in back alley is RESERVED for Unit B,

Our property is perfectly situated in the West End neighborhood of Twin Falls—an ideal location for visitors looking to explore Southern Idaho’s most iconic attractions while enjoying a comfortable and convenient stay. This vibrant area offers easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and unique local shopping, with a grocery store and several dining options just a few blocks away. Downtown Twin Falls is only minutes from the home, where you can discover charming boutiques, local pubs, and year-round community events.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the world-famous Shoshone Falls—often called the “Niagara of the West”—is just a 10-minute drive away, offering breathtaking views and miles of walking trails. Even closer, the spectacular Snake River Canyon provides opportunities for hiking, biking, and running, as well as iconic viewpoints such as the Perrine Bridge, where you might catch a BASE jumper taking the leap. Centennial Waterfront Park, located along the river, is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or enjoying a picnic by the water.

Twin Falls Airport (TWF) is only 15 minutes away, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, making travel to and from the property simple and convenient.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Mid-stay Housekeeping is required and provided for an additional charge on all stays over 14 nights.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear
