"The guy that checked me in was okay. The lady that checked me out was outstanding. She was very nice and professional. I met one of the managers on the elevator she was very nice. I love her and the lady that checked me out customer service. They are not friendly people. I had wanted to try a different hotel. BAD CHOICE!!I’m always going to the Hyatt or Marriott. They don’t have to worry about me again because I am NOT coming back."

"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"Key cards continue to not work for two days straight. I had to get them redone. This resulted in me being outside of the hotel at 3 AM, unable to get in until finally the front door worked. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s clearly not their fault but this was not a good experience would not recommend."

"This place was ok.... smelled a little funny and there are signs everywhere that say no smoking but we walked into the HOT room and it smelled like cigarettes. It got better once we turned the AC on. Boogers on the wall no hand soap and stains on the bed. Alot could have been better but it also could've been alot worse."

"Very clean room and building. Aloft never disappoints in this category. The staff was great overall until I encountered a couple of concerning situations.
The check-in representative was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. However, after returning from dinner, I sat in the lobby while waiting for my husband and observed another employee being extremely rude to the representative who had checked me in. To the point that it appeared he was bullying him.
