"What a nice surprise. I think this was the perfect hotel room. It looked brand new, was perfectly clean and extremely well laid out. No funny smells and the beds were perfect. Plus no mystery stains. Good job Drury! I highly recommend this place. The staff are great and the food was very good."

"While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care.
Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. I was forced to use all of my clean towels...

"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well."
