🌵 Be amazed by our immaculately landscaped ½-acre yard, featuring a private hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Spend your days lounging in the sun, grilling a delicious meal, or soaking in the hot tub at night while enjoying breathtaking star-filled skies.
🌬️ This is a high-desert environment. Guests may experience occasional winds, temperature swings between day and night, and local wildlife—this is all part of the authentic desert experience.
🚗 A vehicle is highly recommended, as public transportation in the area is limited.

🔕 Quiet hours are strictly enforced to help maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
• ♨️ HOT TUB FEE: There is an additional $30 per day fee for hot tub use.
– This must be paid in advance for your entire stay if you choose to use it.
• 🧼 HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
– The hot tub is serviced every Tuesday and Friday.
– A technician will enter the backyard on these days.
• YARD MAINTENANCE
– The yard is serviced once a month; service may occur during your stay.
• 💳 CANCELLATIONS:
– By booking, guests agree that cancellations may be subject to credit card processing fees, depending on the booking platform used.
• 🧹 EXTENDED STAYS (14+ NIGHTS):
– An additional $150 cleaning fee is required for every extra two-week period.
– This fee is paid directly to the host.
– Guests must allow cleaners to enter for cleaning and safety inspections during their stay.
