The Hollywood Desert Oasis is located on the most desirable neighborhood in 29 Palms. OUTDOORS:
You simply won’t believe the outdoor space. Gorgeously landscaped with plenty of private corners for alone time during the day. Where will you spend your day? Lounging around with a good book while catching some desert rays, or sitting by the outdoor fire-pit roasting some s'mores. Solar lights keep the fun outside even after the sunsets so you can cozy up on the loungers and stargazing all night.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home, and exterior cameras, to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, quiet nights and quiet stars...

CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem. 150 acres burned down the road because of one cigarette.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we may not be able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

EVENTS:
The house sits on .44 acres. That’s a lot of room to entertain. If you are interested in throwing an event at the house please contact us

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

WILDLIFE:
You surely could encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles indoors. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

Perfect vacation home in 29 Palms.
My husband and I were only there for the weekend. What a perfect home with a great backyard for dogs (just be aware that one section is not completely fenced). House was super clean. Appointed nicely. We had trouble with the electronic lock on front door upon checking in and they resolved it within minutes. The backyard was big with seating, a firepit and a hot tub. Living room was cozy. Kitchen had both a coffee maker and a nice espresso machine. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with a great location
What a beautiful and spacious home. Four adults comfortably stayed in this spacious home for one week near the north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. The home has a beautiful, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, and two bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer a huge bonus, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The backyard is prepared for barbecuing, games, and relaxing. The host was readily available with a quick response about any questions we had. We hope to return someday.

Light & Spacious Home in 29 Palms
The property was "as listed" on the website. Kay was very communicative and responded to inquiries promptly. We enjoyed the open floor plan with natural light. It was conveniently located to the family we were visiting and the other areas we were planning to visit.

Elegant and sophisticated stay
This home is spectacular. The decor and the amenities are well beyond what you’d expect. The space is wonderful with several areas to work, relax, and enjoy. We were reveling for work coming in and out of the park, we were amazed to see a complimentary park pass in the welcome binder! The beds are comfy, the style is spectacular, and the area is wonderful. The host was very responsive and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. The only “snag” was that the door can be a tad tricky to unlock, but all you have to do is pull on the handle as the mechanism unlocks. We sorted it out quickly. Can’t wait to visit again.
