Ponderosa Paradise is nothing short of an amazing place to be. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel how special this property really is. Great for the whole family, or for friends alike seeking to get away from city.

From the Arcade Room to the wraparound deck and smart TV's, our place has everything you need to have an amazing time. With just steps to downtown, means you can hear the live bands on the weekends and our little town has some ROCKING bands!

The Space:
This listing includes exclusive access to the entire property! Including the wraparound deck, game room cabin located just steps from the main house, the upstairs unit and the downstairs studio with sepparate entrance!

The arcade machine has been swapped out with a brand new cocktail table arcade machine, which will be much more easy to operate and reliable. I had a total of 412 games!

The home does not have central air, however we have installed a total of 3 portable AC units, one in the living room, and one in each of the bedrooms in upstairs of the main house. The game room cabin is not air conditioned, nor is the downstairs studio (the studio stays very cool however due to the natural insulation of the hill side)
