"Super clean room, nicely equipped and overall a great stay. Location is good (close to metro), however… the staff isn’t as helpful and they are not on site during weekends. I lost my key to the room and there was no one available to help, the security number did not pick up. So… consider that on weekends no one will be there to help. "

Communication is kind and responsive. A big plus in my opinion. But they just cannot change the noise even if they would like to. Apart from that the stay was...

"It was a nice hotel to stay at in Helsinki, with a really nice breakfast buffet. However, I think the bathrooms need a little renovation. In my room, the bathroom looked quite old compared to the rest of the amenities in the hotel."
