Lake Haven Cottage-Lake front

no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

Wow. That is the first word that comes to my mind every time I walk in this door! The back of the home overlooks the lake and has two large windows and French doors with amazing views. When you're standing in the kitchen you cannot see land, it is like you're on the water!

Have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the back deck while listening to the sound of nature all around you is a special treat!

Everything in this house is brand new as of December 2022. New central heat and air, new appliances, new flooring, new walls new everything! Nice front load washer and dryer.

Located just 30 minutes south of Chattanooga about 5 mi off of I-75 this amazing cabin is the perfect home away from home.

Feed geese, ducks and fish right from your back deck!

Cute little community where we own three other houses that can be booked at the same time if you have a larger group.

Please let us know if you have any questions! We have five other properties that have either a 4.8 or a 4.9 out of five stars! We are amazing host that are local, only 5 minutes away from these homes and we are always there when you need us.

Do NOT stay at this cabin! The owner's daughter (Rachel) doubled booked the cabin next door (where my sister/family was scheduled to stay for our fam reunion), leaving them nowhere to go (despite my sister booking it 4 mths ago). Rachel took no steps to rectify her mistake and at one point hung up the phone on us. We ended up having to vacate our cabin, had to scramble the night prior to family wedding to find a hotel where both families could stay. Everyone makes mistakes, but how poorly they dealt with this one was shocking. Consider yourself warned about this property and these owners. :/

Great Place

We absolutely loved this place and we are so glad that we booked it! Everything was perfect. It was fun seeing and feeding the ducks and geese. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is so nice and cozy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lakeview Cabin

We spent several days at this beautiful cabin, at a quiet and secluded private late. Beautiful view, lots of geese and duck at the lake, very nice cabin, appears to be recently remodeled. We had a great time and wood would definitely stay again.

Delightful fishing cottage!

This cottage was clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Sofas and beds were very comfortable. The back deck extended about 15 feet or so into the lake, allowing us to get the maximum fishing and water experience! We were thrilled to catch 3 fish! The hosts and staff were super nice and promptly communicated. Very enjoyable experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice cabin on peaceful lake

A relaxing getaway overlooking a small lake.

What a lovely small cottage. It overlooks a small lake, populated y Canadian geese, Mallard ducks and other birds. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and pristine in its cleanliness. It was well stocked with everything you might need.

Georgia lakeside cabin

Lovely lake cabin

Quiet and peaceful property. Close enough to many attractions, but far enough away to relax and enjoy the outdoors in the evenings. Ducks, geese and frogs made for calming evenings to hang out. House had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful cabin

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was beautiful the moment we walked in the door. It was decorated very well. My wife has insisted that we decorate our house just like this. :) The furniture was comfortable and the house was very clean and smelled wonderful. The lake directly out back was very nice and provided a peaceful ambiance. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted (with the exception of a cork screw). The appliances were modern and beds were comfortable. The location isn’t too bad. It’s about 30 minutes or so from Rock City. There’s a few restaurants and a couple or stores within a few miles. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the owner and the housekeeper were very nice and were very responsive to us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great Experience

Property was just as expected. Very clean and nicely decorated! Small issue was handled immediately by the property owner. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese. Only recommendations would be adding a baking sheet and maybe a larger coffee pot! We’ll be booking here again when we come back to the area!
