"After escaping from another cities Terrible hotel we were so happy to be at the eagle! The room was wonderful with a bathtub and super comfortable sofa. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but it wasn’t open. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because of the terrible breakfast. Seemingly nothing was restocked and it was mostly empty at 8:30. "

"Perfekt everything, great location,, room is great,I'll come back"

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. "Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."

"場所は便利"

I think the intent was good but the taste and presentation of the food was not 4 or 5 stars. The staff was very kind and courteous however most of the staff had very limited English skills which made ordering room services quite difficult or making other requests. I was also surprised to learn there is no gym at...

"Everything that you would expect from a new hotel as far as cleanliness main halways and elevators where not air-conditioned staff was very friendly and could speak fairly good English"

"Svært hyggelige personalet! Mistet en vott som jeg trengte til reisen, og alle på hotellet bidro med leting som gjorde at jeg fant den. Dessverre veldig harde senger."
