We stayed for five nights with family and friends with five kids. Very nice home with everything you need. Host is very welcoming and always available to assist. We did rent a car and it was very handy to get around the town and to the store for groceries. The roads to the house are messy, but once you figure out which ones to take it gets easier. Overall great home and close to the center. There are plenty of great restaurants within 5-7 minutes from the house as well. Every place we went to, we really enjoyed. House has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.

The host was amazing. She went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She assisted us with ordering food and getting around Tulum. She helped with communication between us and the local people. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The property is beautiful and has everything you would need to make the vacation relaxing and fun. It’s located a short walk from La Valeta and I’d recommend renting a scooter or four wheelers so you can get around quickly. It is secluded enough to be quiet at night but close enough to town to find restaurants and bars.

The house was very comfortable for the seven of us and the host was very hospitable and welcoming. The additional extra services that are available are a great addition. We didn’t use them because I didn’t know about them tilll I read the house book information at check in. The pool was perfect temperature. Over we would go back again!

The pictures didn’t lie- this place is stunning. It was very clean and the furnishings, sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and appliances are all very well appointed. The pool and yard were pristine too. There was one window that didn’t close properly when we arrived. I texted and they had a guy fixing it within 30minutes! We would love to go back to the very same house.

We had an amazing week at the villa! Quite spacious for a group and well equipped. Located in a great part of town, 5 minute drive to everything but far enough away that it's still quiet. Lupita was attentive and quick to respond with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Modern Exceptional Villa

This lovely retreat just outside of the village is the perfect home away from home with all the amenities to create an exceptional experience in Tulum. We were a group of eight older but extremely active women who spent our days at the beach followed by relaxing evenings around the pool. We reserved one evening for an authentic Mayan chef to prepare a delicious dinner complete with a bartender who created amazing margaritas. Finally, I cannot say enough how fantastic Lupita is! She arranged everything from transportation to restaurant reservations. We had a fabulous experience and will be back!

Lupita made our stay in Tulum so much fun. The property was beautiful and her hospitality was unmatched. Any time I had a question, she would message me within 5 minutes. Highly recommend staying here while in Tulum!

Birthday Trip

My friends and I booked this villa for my birthday and it was nothing short of Amazing!!! It was 7 of us and there was plenty of space. Lupita is the absolute best and her communication was exceptional!!! We reserved Transportation, Private Chef, Private Bartender and she made sure all of our needs were met. The staff was very professional and I would highly recommend this house for a Girls or Group Trip!

Gorgeous house and amazing property manager!

The house is amazing - master bed & bath on 1st floor; two king bedrooms upstairs with jack&Jill bathroom; and a 4th bedroom upstairs with two double beds and separate bath. Very spacious, great big couch. The area around the house is still in heavy development and no paved roads so taxis take a bit extra time to get around all the potholes. Within 15min walking distance to main road Chetumal. The AC in one of the upstairs BRs broke the first night but the property manager Lupita was on top of it and did her best getting the handyman to recharge the AC, and then replacing the unit the next morning! She also provided plenty of taxi, excursion, and private chef options! Lupita made it an easy and amazing trip! Would stay here again if the roads ever get paved 😊

Great Communication and Beautiful Property!

We had the most amazing time at this property! The host was always prompt on getting back to us and was extremely helpful in booking experiences for us! I.e. private chef, atv/zip-line/cenote experience, transportation, etc... Perfect Oasis

Lupita and David went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house is just as beautiful as the listing. I did a girls trip to celebrated my birthday. Very spacious and we felt safe. Not too far from resturants and shopping. Maybe a 15-20 min ride to the beach. Highly recommend Mezo Maya and I would gladly stay again.

Love the property itself. I’m a stickler for cleanliness so the rust in the bathrooms needs addressing. It would be nice if the pool was heated because the backyard doesn’t get sun. There is construction going on so the streets to the ABNB are a mess but despite my couple of concerns I enjoyed my stay!

Overall Great Stay!

I rented this property for my Bachelorette in Tulum. We were a total of 8 women. The owner of this property Lupita was extremely helpful and assisted and provided us with the best recommendations for a Chef, Excursions and Transportation. She was very attentive during our stay answered all of our questions quickly leading up to the trip, she is very responsive at all times. Definitely a great host owner. The house is very nice, beds and pillows are super comfortable, it’s equipped with everything you will need for your stay, the pool is a great size with outdoor shower and bathroom, overall we were super comfortable and house was spacious for 8 women. We did find many bugs inside the house throughout our stay not even sure how they would get in as we kept the doors closed at all times while we used the pool. I want to say it’s because the house is in the middle of nowhere. The property is surrounded by a construction zone there are houses being built next door, upfront and all around. First two nights, we were woken up by loud noises and men working at 4am. To arrive to the house there is no actual pavement street only a dirt rode with many rocks and speed bumps which made us all very car sick nauseous specially returning from a drinking outing. However, Location is great as the house is very close to the Tulum strip if it wasn’t for the dirt rode and bumpy ride I would say the 15 min ride to the Tulum restaurants and bar would be so much quicker. Despite all these minor hiccups we would definitely stay again. I really do hope they can fix the street and the construction can be finished quickly because this a a great property to rent while in Tulum with friends or family.

Amazing Experience

Lupita and David was amazing hosts to say the least! She supplied me with every resource my group needed for my bachelorette trip! Excursions, taxis, yachts, private chef literally everything. The house is amazing the pictures did no justice every room had a pool view. You should know that it is a septic system and you can’t flush tissue in toilets after day one we were clear on this and had no further issues. The water was hot and stayed with high pressure. The house is full with essentials that you will need towels, cleaning supplies, cooking items. Lupita abs David were highly responsive. My group of friends loved this house 10 of us fit comfortably bachelorette trip was the best staying here! Location was good up and coming area about 15 mins via taxi from downtown. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Tulum Vacation

The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The house was so lovely some days we didn't want to leave! Aside from that, I can not say enough about how how helpful and responsive Lupita was to all our questions and issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
